Elizabeth has been providing talent assistance for over a decade as an online freelancer. Joining Wink over 3 years ago Elizabeth is responsible for all talent enquiries and select client bookings. An integral part of the WINK family Elizabeth is dedicated to delivering excellent service to both our talent and clients, she really is our go to girl!

She has a specialised focus in fashion, beauty and lifestyle marketing and PR for leading Australian and global brands. Meg is a passionate individual who believes in cause-driven careers. Working as an online freelancer for nearly 4 years now, she is never one to shy away from a challenge and since joining WINK her ability to address talent needs and answer client queries efficiently is second to none. From locking in talent to organising castings, and boosting WINK's social media presence you can count on Meg to deliver outstanding results and always bring her A-game.
Leveraging strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail, corporate experience and post graduate financial qualifications, Michelle is committed to helping her clients achieve success by understanding their unique challenges and opportunities. Michelle's approachable nature and effective communication skills ensure clients know how to understand the operational and financial health of their business, enabling them to make better informed business decisions to achieve growth and improve performance.
Mila is a luxury fashion industry expert. After completing a Bachelor of Business Commerce she stepped in full force working with top-tier brands such as Vogue, Hermes and Bec + Bridge doing management, public relations and production. Her in-depth knowledge and insights within the events, social media and influencer world, also translates into her own success within content creation. Mila is a full time talent manager, part-time matcha enthusiast.

She is the Founder & CEO of WINK Models, theright.fit, The Influencers Agency and #gifted Taryn has received numerous award accolades including being named a Finalist in the B&T Hot 30 under 30, SmartCompany 30 under 30 and Women's Agenda Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year. As a board member of TechSydney she is dedicated to the education of women in tech and growth of the Australian startup ecosystem.
