The Winfield Youth Softball Organization (WYSO) was established for the purpose of administering and promoting fastpitch softball for the greater Winfield, Taylorsville, Mount Airy, and Sykesville areas of Carroll County. The WYSO is a non-profit organization under the direction of the Carroll County Department of Recreation & Parks and the Winfield Recreational Council.
