Madan joined Wiz Aviation in 2019 as a Chief Technical Officer and played a prodigious role in managing our technical team for delivery, redelivery and repossession assignments based in Europe. He is also involved in developing client portfolio with our
marketing team. Madan has 40+ years of rich experience in aviation and was an Ex-FAA DAR officer, currently not holding a DAR license. Being a FAA DAR he has issued 100+ Special flight permits and Exports C of A.
Prior to working with Wiz Aviation, Madan worked in different organization on various senior positions in Canada and USA (Director of Maintenance, Director of QA, QA Manager Line Maintenance, Chief Engineer, Chief Inspector and few more). Later

Reena Sahu joined Wiz Aviation in 2016 as a Key Account Administrator managing all kind of company financial transactions and accounting. Plays a key role in preparation and overview of agreements, raising invoices and coordinating with the legal requirements of the company. She joined Wiz Aviation in 2016 as an Account Manager.
Prior to Wiz Aviation, Reena was working in various educational sectors managing administrative and banking transactions.
Reena holds a Degree of Bachelor's in Commerce & Accounting and a master's degree in English Language from Ravi Shankar University India.

Satish Modi joined the company in 2015 and currently has a leading role as a Technical Director managing a number of projects covering a range of services from asset management, aircraft configuration, delivery, redelivery and transition projects. With his rich experience in aviation, he plays a key role in the company for managing client's requirements, oversight and deployment of technical team on various roles and assignments. He is also involved in company business development process and activities.
Prior to joining Wiz Aviation, Satish worked in three aviation companies by beginning his career in Indian Airlines as a component engineer and afterwards worked for 4 years in an aviation company based in Georgia, USA. Later he worked as a freelancer aviation technical consultant for various consulting companies and has extensive expertise in aircraft repossessions.
He holds Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical engineering and EASA Part 66 B1 license with endorsement type courses on A320 and B737 family. He also holds many short-term Aviation trainings and courses.
Satish is Indian resident and speaks Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Turkish and English

Shikhar is currently working as a Senior Marketing Manager managing technical and commercial strategy, building synergy and best practices between airlines and lessors on a global scale. Shikhar, with more than 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, brings a combination of business and technical expertise and proven leadership skills to the role.
Shikhar joined Wiz Aviation in 2018 as a Business Development Officer and assisted our company in developing business and enhancing our achievements.
Prior to Wiz Aviation Shikhar was working with Taneja Aerospace, India as AVP Marketing leading the company's high value projects and clients. He also worked as a Head of Business Development in IFB Automotive private limited, Chennai, India and played a key role in developing company business and implementing additional revenue generation models within existing capabilities of the company.
Shikhar holds Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical engineering, Masters in Business Administration and Post Graduate Programming Degree from IILM , Gurgoan, India.
