With 13 years of Human Resources experience, Brittany has grown and progressed through many people-focused roles at Nutrabolt since joining the company in 2016, and now serves Nutrabolt as Chief People Officer.
Previously, Brittany served as the Head of Human Resources for the 12th Man Foundation: the fundraising partner for Texas A&M University's athletics program, and her career began with Client Relationship Manager and HR Advisor roles. Her industry exposure includes hospitality, professional and financial services, healthcare, technology, and retail.
Brittany holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

As Chief Supply Chain Officer at Nutrabolt, Derek brings 17 years of professional supply chain expertise. Prior to joining Nutrabolt in 2019, Derek served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Halo Top Creamery overseeing global planning, logistics, procurement, R&D, and quality.
Derek also held senior roles at Glanbia Performance Nutrition - leading key supply chain initiatives in both the U.S. and Europe. He served as the Head of Planning for the EMEA region, developing and implementing the S&OP process to facilitate improved planning accuracy and customer service, and led all supply, demand, production, and materials management. While in Europe, he also served as interim Plant Manager for Glanbia's manufacturing facility in the U.K.
Derek is also recognized for leading supply chain integration for new strategic acquisitions, serving as the interim Vice President of Supply Chain for thinkThin, and playing key roles post-acquisition with BSN, Isopure, and Nutramino.
Derek received his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional.

Since joining Nutrabolt as CEO in 2007, Doss Cunningham has grown the company into the largest independently-owned active health and wellness portfolio in the world that includes consumer-loved brands: C4 Energy, Cellucor, and XTEND.
Within the broader active nutrition space, Doss is the co-founder and Chairman of FitJoy Nutrition, and active in his family office's investment arm: LivWell Ventures. Outside of the active wellness space, Doss cofounded Arrive Logistics in 2014, and serves as a partner and principal investor in the St. Louis-based private equity group: Green Leaf Capital Partners.
Doss shares his calling to grow and give back with his family. And with his wife, Danielle, Doss founded The GiveJoy Foundation: an organization whose mission is focused on empowering and guiding students to strong, healthy futures through access to proper nutrition, advocacy of active, healthy lifestyles and relationships.
Doss holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master's Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.

Kevin Hart joins Nutrabolt as strategic brand ambassador

As Global Chief Commercial Officer, North America Functional Beverage, Kyle brings more than 23 years of professional expertise to Nutrabolt, and has a wealth of knowledge in the consumer goods and beverage space.
Prior to joining Nutrabolt in 2021, Kyle served as the SVP/GM of Coca-Cola North America's Emerging Brands which included brands such as Honest Tea, Topo Chico and Zico Coconut Water. During his time with Coca-Cola, Kyle was able to innovate and lead the development of a hybrid-route to-market approach.

As Nutrabolt's Chief Legal Officer since 2015, Mike oversees all legal and regulatory compliance functions, including corporate governance, business transactions, formulation, labeling, marketing, and advertising compliance since joining the company in 2015. Mike also manages Nutrabolt's outside counsel on matters involving nationwide litigation, M&A, and the company's global IP portfolio.
Before joining Nutrabolt, Mike served as partner and founder of a New York law firm specializing in the representation of companies in the food, drug, and cosmetics industries. Mike currently serves on the Natural Products Association (NPA) board and is the Chairman of the NPA's Sports Nutrition Committee.
Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the State University of New York at Albany.

Mike Gernigin brings two decades of financial expertise to his role as Chief Accounting Officer at Nutrabolt - joining the leadership team in 2023.
In his role as Nutrabolt's Chief Accounting Officer, Mike brings extensive knowledge of the consumer goods space from his experience leading the Commercial Finance function at Hostess Brands. There - and throughout his career - Mike's collaborative workstyle and ability to unlock his teams' potential makes him an excellent fit for Nutrabolt's performance-first culture.
In addition to his experiences at Hostess, Mike collected valuable, relevant financial operations experience in pharmaceutical distribution at H.D. Smith, professional services at KPMG, and through his service to the U.S. Army at the outset of his professional journey.

Robert Zajac joined Nutrabolt in 2022 with over 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams, building global brands, and creating transformative marketing work that drives results.
Robert's distinguished resume before joining our team includes almost five years with ESPN, and ten years in leadership roles with Nike. At Nike, he served as Marketing Director for Global Running and Global Basketball in Portland, Sr. Marketing Director for Russia in Moscow, VP/GM for the Jordan Brand in EMEA, and VP of Marketing for Central and Eastern Europe in Amsterdam.
Most recently, Robert served as SVP, Global Brand Marketing & Experience at Abercrombie and Fitch where he helped drive the organizations digital transformation and led the creation and launch of the company's first new brand in more than a decade.

Since joining Nutrabolt in 2015, Rory Cannaday has served as a Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of Operations Finance, Director of Strategy and M&A, and now Chief of Staff.
Prior to joining Nutrabolt, Rory held extensive finance roles within JP Morgan, Morgan Stanely as a Portfolio Analyst, Financial Trader for Luminant, the largest power provider in Texas, and as a financial executive for a family office.
Rory is a CFA Charter holder and is currently a standard setter for the level 3 exam for the CFA Institute. He earned his Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Texas A&M University and Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with Summa Cum Laude distinction from the University of Texas at Arlington.

From 2014-2016, Sabba Naserian served as Nutrabolt's VP of Global Development. Since then, she's bolstered her expert resume with experience that ranges from owning her own agency, BRKR, to serving in key growth roles with Indelible Agency, Herbert Labs, and Canopy Growth Corporation.

Scott joined Nutrabolt in 2022 following 6 years with Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE: BUD) where he led transformational programs including the launch of the BEES B2B e-commerce and distribution platform, and expansion of the group's spirits distribution capabilities in North America. Scott also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Drinkworks: a cocktail and appliance joint venture with Keurig Dr. Pepper.
Prior to AB InBev, Scott spent over a decade at Accenture Strategy (NYSE: ACN) building new consulting capabilities, and assisting Fortune 100 clients with billion-dollar programs in technology, commerce, customer experience, supply chain, M&A, and global expansion.
Scott holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Washington. He is also a Master's graduate of McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
