The authority to create new blocks is only provided to validated and trusted nodes (Family Nodes) in order to provide not only safe, but also fast service. The PBFT consensus algorithm is applied to verified nodes in order to enhance security... Whereas other consensus mechanisms, such as POW or POS, reward relatively strong users with benefits, the POM consensus algorithm is more about sharing benefits with as many users as possible. Consequently, it is possible to keep the BRTE ecosystem safe, and to not provoke any monopoly of resources.
