Adam was a MSc Performance analysis graduate from Cardiff Met.
Since graduating Adam has spent a season with Swansea City Academy 2012/13 before joining the Premiership Bureau in 2013/14 with the WRU
He spent a season as a WRU National squad intern in 2014/15 and started with the Sevens squad in the summer of 2015.
Alex King was appointed to Warren Gatland's backroom team as attack coach at the beginning of 2023.
King, a former fly-half who won five caps for England, previously served as Wales attack coach for the 2017 Six Nations while Gatland was on secondment to the British & Irish Lions.
King spent the majority of his playing career at Wasps before a move to Clermont Auvergne, where he later transitioned into coaching helping the French side to their first ever Top 14 title.
King also aided Northampton Saints' Premiership title win in 2014, before a move to Montpellier. He also previusly held a role as attack coach for Gloucester, a position he held for two seasons.

Chris graduated from UWIC in 2010 with a Bsc (Hons) in Sports Biomedicine and Nutrition. After graduating Chris completed an IOC diploma in sports nutrition and then completed a Msc in sports nutrition out of London Metropolitan University.
Chris is currently the Welsh Rugby Union's National Academy Nutritionist, where he looks after the nutrition for Wales under 20's, Sevens, Women and Regional academies.
Chris's role with PAS includes research and development and providing nutrition advice to some of our official sports nutrition partners.

Geoff is a Cardiff-born Consultant Sports Physician with over 20-years experience in professional rugby union.
He was formerly Sports Physician to Cardiff Blues & Wales U18 prior to his appointment to the WRU National Squad in 2012.
He had previously spent 16 years as a GP partner in Barry before pursuing a full time career in Sports Medicine.
Away from his WRU duties he is also a consultant Sports Physician in private practice at various locations, including Cardiff, Newport & Bristol.
He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University and is a college examiner for the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Medicine UK. He is also a tutor & examiner for the Bath University MSc course in Sports Medicine.
He regularly presents on various aspects of his Sports Physician role at both local and national medical meetings to a wide variety of audiences.

Eifion joined the Wales Sevens squad in 2016, having previously being with Wales Under 20s.

Huw Bennett won 51 caps for Wales - 29 from the bench - as a hooker between - 2003-2012 before his playing career was curtailed due to injury.
He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Sports & Exercise Medicine both in the UK and Ireland, and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. He has a master's degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Bath and a Postgraduate certificate in diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.

John officially took up his current position with the Welsh squad after successfully completing his internship with the union. Formerly attached to the Newport Gwent Dragons, John was formerly with London Wasps in 2007/08 where he worked alongside Shaun Edwards and Ian McGeechan.
Having graduated from the University of Bath studying Sport and Exercise Science with Professional Placement in 2009, he completed a post graduate diploma in nutrition on December 2012.
