Briana was born, raised, and currently resides in Cobb County, GA. In 2008 she earned her BBA degree from Kennesaw State University majoring in Business Management. Briana was a Hope Scholarship Recipient and was on Dean's List. Immediately after graduation, she was fortunate to be offered a job in Corporate America with Norfolk Southern. She worked for Norfolk Southern and Home Depot Corp working in logistics and internal and external customer service capacities. She got her Real Estate license in 2014 and previously worked as a full-time Agent. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, CrossFit, reading, wine, and spending time with family, friends, and her babies, rescued Boxer/Mastiff mix, Heidi and Pitbull, Via.
Chuck is a native Atlantan and Certified General real estate appraiser with extensive experience as a commercial property owner, manager, and residential investor. Chuck specializes in representing buyers and sellers in Atlanta's Westside area with the goal of building lasting relationships with his clients. Spending time with his wife and three daughters is his first priority and typically involves cooking, playing games, watching movies, and lots of laughter.
Donna has been working in the real estate industry since 2000. She is instrumental in the home listing process and in fulfilling ZRP's client needs. Donna has fourteen grandkids, two cats, and one dog. She loves to bake, read, cross stitch, and is heavily involved with her church. Donna resides in Smyrna with her husband Jim.
Eddie Hudson grew up in Smyrna, GA and attended Wills High School. He attended Kennesaw State University, where he successfully completed a B.A. program. After he returned home from college, Eddie accepted a job for a local Smyrna commercial HVAC contractor. This same HVAC contractor employed Eddie for eight years and it was during that time that he worked as both as a salesman and project manager. This allowed Eddie to perfect his sales skills as well as his managerial skills. While he was working for the commercial HVAC contractor Eddie decided to get his real estate license. He began selling real estate in 2001 and quickly discovered he had a passion for the job. He soon quit his former job and began to dedicate his energies to selling real estate full-time. Eddie has excellent people skills and an ability to put almost anyone at ease. His ability to work well with others helps him negotiate the best deals for his clients. Although he has a calm manner, Eddie is a tenacious agent and works tirelessly on behalf all of his clients. This has enabled Eddie, along with his business partner Tracy Gaudiano, to build a real estate team that closes over 140 transactions per year. Eddie currently lives in Smyrna with his dog Cade. When Eddie is not busy helping people find the perfect home, his hobbies include mountain biking, road biking, and of course spending time with his family and friends.
Jeff Reynolds epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. He has spent much of his work career of 30 plus years in leadership and sales which has enabled him to sharpen his customer service skills. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional roller coaster and Jeff has the ability to keep the emotions in check and his focus on the end goal...to get you to the closing table. He is persistent and quietly determined in pursuit of the goal at hand and has the natural ability to question and anticipate issues that may not unfold as planned. Jeff is a family man and enjoys spending time creating memories and new experiences with his beautiful wife and family. A lover of the outdoors, Jeff is an avid hiker taking to the north Georgia mountains when not showing or selling houses or enjoying some leisure time with the family. Jeff believes we are never too old to learn and invests time reading and studying the likes of Jim Rohn, Neville Goddard, Robert Kiyosaki, and others. Nicole helps to coordinate the tasks involved in readying your home to be put on the market whether it is organizing staging or providing feedback from potential Buyers. Nicole also manages all of the marketing plans for ZRP. She lives in Smyrna with her husband Eric and their two boys, Cornell and John.
As a buyer specialist, Toccara's primary goal is to provide superb service to every client. A home purchase is a major life event. She chose a career in real estate based on her passion for the industry and a desire to help families reach their goal of homeownership. Toccara is a native of Augusta, Georgia. She enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends. She resides in Mableton with her son Langston.
Tracy Gaudiano moved to Atlanta in 1997 to escape the northern winters and experience life in the big city. She received her B.S. from Indiana University with a minor in Marketing. Tracy has been practicing real estate full-time since 2004. Prior to selling real estate, Tracy managed Zucca Pizzeria and Vintage Tavern in the downtown Smyrna Market Village where she honed her customer service skills. Tracy utilizes these skills with her background in marketing, as well as her knowledge of the Atlanta area, to provide her clients with the best possible service. She is committed to honesty, integrity, dedication and communication to help her clients accomplish their real estate dreams. Tracy lives in Smyrna and is active in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. She has been a big sister since 2013 to the same little sister. She enjoys golfing and traveling when not selling real estate.
