John was a founder partner of the St. James's Place Partnership, providing a wide range of financial services to institutions and private clients. Since retiring as a Partner in 2013 John continues his relationship with St. James's Place as a Business Consultant.
He has extensive strategic experience in commercial property finance and has developed a comprehensive network of relationships within specialist lending and banking groups in the UK and Europe.
John is well known for providing a personal and dedicated service having placed over £3 billion of funds for a wide range of clients in recent years.
He is a founder member of the Property Race Day committee.
Paul has over thirty years' experience in commercial banking and property finance and was formerly Director of Business Development at Principality Commercial, an arm of Principality Building Society, based in Cardiff.
Whilst at Principality, he was instrumental in growing their commercial "book" to circa £1bn of assets.
With a strong belief in forging long term client relationships, Paul is particularly skilled at shaping up both residential and commercial development proposals and brings a wealth of experience to Hamilton Partners.
He enjoys all sports including football and rugby and is a keen skier!
