Alice is our CEO. Alice has worked within Groupe Renault for almost 15 years and was previously the CFO for RCI Bank when launched in 2015. She has an MBA from ESSEC Business school and Board member certificate from IFA Science Po. Alice previously held the position of Vice president, Accounting and Performance Control and VP of Mobility Service and Innovation within the RCI Banque Group. Alice is committed to ensure that RCI Bank will continue to offer simplicity, transparency and excellent service for all UK savers.

She has worked within Groupe Renault for almost 15 years and was Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for the UK launch of RCI Bank in 2015. During her time with RCI Bank and Services, she has also been RCI Bank and Services Group Controller, Vice President ("VP") of Accounting and Performance Control, VP of Mobility Services and Innovation and, since 2016, she has been a member of the Executive Committee.

Bill was appointed to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board Risk Committee in April 2021.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in lending which encompasses a diverse range of business sectors, operational approaches and regulatory & governance models. He has undertaken a number of senior roles during his executive career, culminating in his appointment as Chief Credit Officer at Santander UK. He has also held executive positions at Lloyds Bank, Otto Versand UK and was Head of Banking Consultancy at Experian.
Bill is currently Non-Executive Chairman for Market Mortgage Ltd and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board Risk Committee at Wesleyan Bank

Julien is our CFO. Julien has worked for our parent company RCI Bank and Services for over ten years within several roles in Controlling and Corporate Finance. He was the CFO for RCI Ireland for three years before moving to RCI Bank in October 2019 as the Deputy CFO. Holding a Master's degree in Management from the Institut Mines-Telecom Business School, he is multilingual with fluency in English, French and Spanish. Julien is dedicated to ensuring customer needs remain a top priority and will continue to build on RCI Bank's success whilst maintaining a strong position in the UK market.

Sheryl was appointed to the Board in January 2019 as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Remuneration and People Committee and Chair of the Board Audit Committee.
Sheryl brings over two decades of audit and risk experience from her career at several UK financial services groups. In 2014, she joined the Provident Financial Group and became Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, she held executive positions at Santander and Nationwide Building Society. In 2010, Sheryl became Head of Risk at Coventry Building Society after serving as Head of Risk and Compliance at Lloyds Bank since 2006. Previously, she held key roles at Barclaycard including Head of Audit and Risk Director. She began her career at NatWest Bank in 1996.
Sheryl is trained as a chartered accountant, has an LLM and received her Master in Business Administration from London Business School.

After leaving the British Army, Simon began his banking career in 1992. He completed his training with Lloyds Bank in 1994 and spent much of his career with Chase Manhattan Bank in London and New York. He also worked with Barclays Bank where he was the regional director for the corporate banking business in Wales and the South West of England.
Simon was a member of the management board of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) from 2013 until 2016 and the director responsible for London, the South of England and Financial Services. Prior to that, he spent three years as CBI International Director leading the work of the CBI in support of its members‘ global operations, outside Europe.
Simon is Non-Executive Chairman of Cambridge and Counties Bank and Non-Executive Chairman of Pennant International Group Plc. Formerly he was a governor at the University of the West of England and Non-Executive board member of the Government Office of the South West.

Tafari is our head of savings. With over fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and strategy at global banks in the US, UK and Europe, Tafari became a part of our UK team in 2018. He graduated with a BSc in economics from the Wharton School and holds an MBA from London Business School. Tafari is a champion for the nation of savers and he continues to drive innovation and service to better meet the savings needs of our customers.

He is also leading the business expansion for MFS and the Used Car Business.
