In addition to providing an opportunity for families to become part of a local support network, Stepping Stones DS provide a wide range of educational, physical and social activities and services for children and young people with Down syndrome, their families and the professionals involved in their care... At Stepping Stones DS, we place a high value on community. Families, friends, neighbours, supporters, cheerleaders and advocates are all vital in our work, but we have had precious little time together over the past 3 years.
