Adrian Cator - Managing Director

Adrian has joined to lead Amiri Homes, our new regional residential division within the Amiri Group. Having spent most of his early years in and around building sites with the family carpentry business, Adrian was destined to have a career construction. After a short spell in hospitality, he headed off to University in Southampton in 2002, completing his Construction Management degree, and then enrolling on a graduate development training programme at a leading national contractor. Returning to the South Coast in 2008, Adrian joined a well known regional contractor and speculative developer with whom he spent the next 15 years, working his way up through a growing business from Site Manager to Managing Director. Outside of work, Adrian lives with his young family in Wickham, enjoys spending time keeping fit and exploring the nearby Hampshire coast and countryside.

Andy Corry

  • Pre - Construction Director
Andy has been involved in a pre-contract capacity within contracting in Northern Ireland, London and southern England for more than thirty years. Andy is experienced in a wide variety of projects procuring a wide-ranging nature and extent of work, through various combinations of traditional/D&B and tendering/partnering/negotiation from marketing stage through to receipt of order, remaining involved beyond this point in order to facilitate smooth progression between pre and post construction. Andy is married with two grown up daughters and a mad Cockapoo that he enjoys taking long country walks with. He is a keen sportsman with interests in most sports but preferably playing golf and watching rugby.

Dave Gee

Dave is Construction Director within Amiri and, as such, leads the Production teams in the delivery of all the work that we do. Dave has strong roots in the industry having grown up with early memories of painting radiators for his father's London-based building company before embarking on his own career. A period at Amiri Construction as a Site Manager and then a return as Contracts Manager has seen Dave develop the leadership skills necessary as well as being the embodiment of the Amiri culture - something he is passionate about evolving throughout his team. Dave is a keen football fan, drummer and world traveller when he's not completing yet another project at the family home.

Dave Moore - Chief Commercial Officer

David has been in the construction industry since 1984 and was the first Quantity Surveyor to join Amiri in 2005. Since then he has worked his way up to become Commercial Director and oversees the surveying department of the Main Contracts, Interiors and Special Works divisions. In his spare time David enjoys keeping fit (including walking, running, mountain biking and playing badminton) and also plays the guitar. He also enjoys watching football and cricket.

Jon Daines

  • Managing Director for Construction.
Jon joined Amiri in 2020 to originally head up the Bournemouth office, with the start of Amiri Homes in 2022 and Martin moving into the Group Managing Director role, Jon was promoted to Managing Director for the Construction business. Jon has worked with many of the team previously and has proven that he is the definition of The Amiri Way right down to his bones. Jon has over 30 years' experience in the Construction industry, with a diverse and wide-ranging background commencing his career in Architecture working in an Architectural practice. He then had a change of career and moved to Construction Management. Throughout his career he has progressed from Site Manager, Contracts Manager / Surveyor / Estimator, Operations Manager, and now currently Area Director. He has worked in all sectors within the industry but mainly recently in the commercial and education sector. Jon is also a director in the non-profit Shared Apprenticeship South West company, which helps employers who want to support the development of skills but unable to offer a full-term apprenticeship. Jon is married with three children, two of which are in the construction industry, enjoys watching football and spending time with his granddaughters.

Kevin Lendon

Kevin is a Director of Amiri Construction. He has been involved in construction in the region for more years than he cares to remember and is, if you ask anyone who knows him, the person with the most passion for building buildings that has ever been known! Kevin's enthusiasm is infectious and a key element in the creation of the incredible team ethic and culture at Amiri Construction. However, this isn't just limited to the management and staff, it spills over to the clients, consultants and supply chain partners, all of whom become as committed to each and every project as Kevin is himself. Kevin's passion for building is probably equalled by his passion for everything he finds time to do in his personal life, whether that be with his children and grandchildren and their various activities, his running, playing football and watching all sports.

Leah Putman

  • Business Development Manager
Leah is the present and future of Business Development in Amiri. With a father in building and having done her first work experience at school in the Business Development department of a Construction company, it was inevitable that she would end up in the industry. Her inquisitive and creative nature allied with her outgoing personality means she's a great ambassador of The Amiri Way as well as having an excellent entrepreneurial mind to put together all the right people for all the right opportunities. She likes to spend her time by the water when she gets the chance, whether it's in Polzeath, Cornwall in her campervan with her partner and dog, Vinnie or abroad on a beach somewhere!

Mark Vincent

Since the business started, Mark has been the driving force behind business development at Amiri Construction, Mark was a building surveyor by background, who has spent time working on site as well as in pre-construction and as a sub-contractor so understands the start to finish approach to project development. Mark had a huge passion for exceptional build quality and making sure the client was delighted with the Amiri experience. He was a true leader within the business and well respected and trusted in the central-south construction region as an authority. Mark had time for everyone and was always keen to help within the Industry network, putting together the right teams and characters to make a project work. This was key to unlocking so many projects. Mark was a keen windsurfer, paddleboarder and surfer and had competed at international level racing yachts. When not getting his feet wet he was often found either watching, coaching or playing football or on one of his bikes (with or without engines). He always spoke so fondly of his family, including the newest member of his family, his first Grandson who was born in the Summer of 2022. We sadly lost Mark after a short battle with Cancer in November 2022. We will miss Mark greatly - this has been felt massively within the Construction industry and has shown how many lives Mark has touched and helped throughout his career.

Natalie Boettger - Chief Commercial Officer

Natalie is the Head Of Commercial in Amiri. Natalie has an extensive array of development experience, including in the areas of quantity surveying and estimating. Over the course of her career, she has gained a comprehensive understanding of the various processes involved in construction, including cost analysis, budget management, and materials procurement. Additionally, she has a keen eye for detail and is highly skilled in identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality. With excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, she has consistently delivered projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
