Annette Reeve has been involved in residential estate agency for over forty years and has always enjoyed a loyal and enthusiastic client base that values her creative and well-informed approach to property sales. Annette's in-depth knowledge of the market benefits buyers, sellers and estate agents in the UK and overseas.
Bev worked in property in the eighties and nineties for prestigious London agents like Hamptons, so she has a good feel for our reassuringly unique proposition.
More recently, Bev has been pursuing a second career in healthcare, but being a viewing ambassador allows her to maintain her interest in property too.
Bev is one of those brave or crazy individuals that loves wild swimming. She enjoys swimming in local rivers, lakes and the sea off Dunwich and doesn't wait for the weather to warm up!
Bev is a keen Chelsea supporter and enjoys film and reading, her grandchildren and her Jack Russell Terrier Reggie.
Greg joined the team at The Zoe Napier Group in November 2021. He is our Head of Sales, a position that he excels in given his impressive estate agency pedigree. Now entering his 26th year in the industry, Greg has great knowledge of the upper quartile of the market meaning he is no stranger to understanding the reassuringly unique homes synonymous with The Zoe Napier Group. Combine this tremendous knowledge and experience with Greg's charismatic, friendly demeanour and you have an agent who finds providing an excellent service like second nature.
Other than property Greg enjoys spending time with his beloved wife and two young children, he also further expands his love of sport in the office having played Rugby for Hertfordshire at U18s level while also being a football and cricket fan!
James can only be described as a 'Bright Star' within our team at the Zoe Napier Group, having been an estate agent since 2015. He radiates enthusiasm and has a very relaxed, yet progressive and likeable approach, which is appreciated amongst our customers and clients alike.
In fact, if James was a stick of rock it would have 'passion for property' written right through it. His dedication to learning and progressing extends to him currently undertaking a 5 year home study course in order to achieve a degree in property estate management. He is equally excited about taking all the required qualifications to climb the ladder in agency.
James' commitment and personal drive is also proven in his private life - from being in TEAM GB for Basketball (under 18's) to becoming a Pro basketball player in Spain for 2 years. James' love of sport extends to football where he holds a season ticket at White Hart Lane.

In her role as Media and Marketing Coordinator Kirsty liaises with agents and helps them with their day-to-day marketing needs. A real 'natural' Kirsty has developed key contacts with the press as well as a good nose for important property stories. Working in print and online her efforts are increasingly apparent in widely-read property pages.
Lisa joined our team in 2015 and what a profound and instrumental difference she has made in helping with our growth. Lisa's background is marketing where her career before children landed her a marketing manager's role for Walt Disney - no mean feat to have that position (and keep it!).
We consider ourselves lucky enough to have Lisa's talents and organisational skills now with The Zoe Napier Group and her life experiences make her equally empathetic to all our customers. Her 'can do' dependable enthusiasm, tender nature and eye for detail allows Lisa to be a natural in the property industry.
Lisa's picture tells her own story in her understanding as to how personal the buying and selling process is. Lisa is the keen horticulturist amongst us, whilst also being the one who spots a good bargain at antique auctions!
Maxine is a true animal lover. She is the proud owner of over 20 pets including, horses, dogs, ducks and sheep, but she doesn't have any cats.
Maxine has worked in property for several years. She was previously based in Spain, from where she also sold properties in Dubai and Croatia.
Maxine bought her last property through the Zoe Napier Group, so she has experienced our personal service first hand. Now that her children have left home, she has bought a campervan for future adventures.
Maxine is passionate about mindfulness and thinking about the impact our actions have on other people and animals.
Nick Churton has been immersed in the residential property market for over fifty years. Following a successful career in estate agency, where he was connected with some of the industry's leading names, he has fulfilled an ambition to provide a clear and effective media and marketing lead within the residential property sector in the UK and overseas.
At the beginning of 2020, Sharon Adams accepted her much deserved new role as Director of Zoe Napier & Associates (trading as Zoe Napier Group) who she has been with from the Company's beginnings over a decade ago.
Sharon has worked alongside Zoe Napier for some 15 years now, having been in estate agency for over 20 years. Sharon is the backbone to the Company, steering the helm in all the important financial and administrational sectors, whilst loving the role of sales progressing. Sharon is very well respected by professionals in the industry, working with solicitors in a methodical, yet practical way, finding solutions to often complex sales and seeing our sales through to a successful completion.
Sharon in her spare time is a much-loved Mum to two adult children, wife to Tony and an avid football supporter both in local league and dare we say, her dream team, Spurs! Sharon also enjoys Golf and is just one of life's good people.
Susan is one of the leading property advertising and PR specialists working in the UK and is a popular and respected source of information, opinion and material for journalists working within this medium. Many years spent handling clients advertising and editorial needs have given her a unique insight and a valuable skillset for clients.
