As a practicing Chartered Accountant, Charles oversees the financial strategy of the business and handles its treasury. He joined the group in 2013 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he advised on Mergers & Acquisitions for both private and corporate clients. Charles has advised on a number of high profile corporate acquisitions, including Wallgreens purchase of 45% of Alliance Boots for £4.3bn in 2012; and Permira's 61% acquisition of Netafim at a company value of $870m in 2011, working on the due diligence for the acquisition and advising on the structuring of the deal.
Charles has been influential in the structuring of our business finance, budgetary and financial performance.

A chartered quantity surveyor by profession, Chris joined Dorchester in 2011, having previously run a major quantity surveying and project management consultancy with 300 employees across ten countries.
As strategic infrastructure director at Dorchester, Chris is involved in the group's projects at all stages, inputting into the planning process, designing and implementing the project delivery strategy, assembling the professional team, managing stakeholder relations, overseeing the procurement process and monitoring construction.
Chris has worked extensively throughout Europe, the UAE and the UK and is experienced in running complex, multi stakeholder projects.
Gary takes on responsibility for the oversight of our Prince Philip Park project in Whitehill & Bordon, playing an active role on the joint venture board. Gary is also responsible for the group's business development and leads the progression of new regeneration and development opportunities and land acquisitions.
Gary originally qualified as a medical doctor but started to get involved in the UK property market in 1995, initially acquiring a significant number of properties around the east end of London. Gary then oversaw the creation of our international business in 2003 and since 2008 has focussed on business expansion in the UK, focussing on acquiring and partnering on large strategic sites in new settlement areas.

Gavin started working with Dorchester as a consultant in 2008, having initially identified the opportunity at Heyford Park and then working with the directors to help secure the acquisition of the site. Following the acquisition of the Upper Heyford airbase, Gavin joined Dorchester to deliver the scheme.
As development director he is responsible for all aspects of land acquisition, planning, and development at Heyford Park. He also plays a key role in helping to set the business plan and strategy for the whole estate, as well as sitting on the wider Dorchester Regeneration board.
Gavin started his career in property development on the Taylor Wimpey Graduate scheme and went on to work across the UK and US business, before becoming Acquisition and Development Manager at George Wimpey City, with the remit to focus on non-London Bespoke opportunities. In 2004 he joined a new team at City Lofts where he progressed through the roles of Acquisition Director and Development Director. In these roles he identified and secured 2,500 plots, achieved planning for 1,800 plots and oversaw 10 schemes through from budgets to completion.
Ian was a co-founder of Dorchester Regeneration in 1996, initially building a large residential investment portfolio in the East End of London and then expanding to North West London and other UK cities.
Ian has played a key role in securing the funding for the groups land acquisitions and overseen the subsequent refinancing and funding models at Heyford Park as it has progressed through the development phases. He has also been integral in compiling a diverse Board of Directors to provide strategic guidance to the group.
Prior to founding Dorchester Regeneration, Ian was involved in his family hotel business and managing its real estate assets.
Away from property, Ian is a passionate musician and opera singer. He is a tenor and has studied at the Guildhall School of Music, the Oran Brown voice seminary at the Julliard School in New York and the Voci Verdiani Milan under Carlo Bergonzi.

James leads the multi-disciplined team delivering the regeneration of the former Prince Philip Barracks in Bordon for the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, the joint venture company between Dorchester Regeneration and Taylor Wimpey that acts on behalf of the DIO. One of the largest projects of its kind in the UK, James has played a key role in shaping the project and driving innovation across the entire scheme.
Joining Dorchester in 2014, James had previously led on a number of major regeneration projects including working closely with the Thames Gateway Development Corporation and London Borough of Newham on Three Mills Island.

Jeanne leads the sales and marketing team at Heyford Park, having joined Dorchester in 2013. As part of her role she also has input on the specification for new homes and the community facilities in both Village Centre South and North. Jeanne has had a distinguished career in new home sales and prior to Dorchester she worked for a number of well respected developers and estate agents, including Knight Frank, Chestertons and Preston Bennett.
Justin has spent his entire career in housebuilding and has worked in senior roles for a number of highly respected housebuilders. He joined Dorchester in 2013 to help establish the construction arm of Dorchester Living. His primary focus to date has been on the regeneration of Heyford Park, for which he is responsible for all aspects of construction, including the technical, infrastructure, site remediation and health & safety. He also acts as the Company Principal Designer, health and safety coordinator and JCT contract administrator on the project.
Paul heads up the Heyford Park delivery team and our bespoke housebuilder business, Dorchester Living. He has been instrumental in shaping the group's approach to community led regeneration through its Heyford Park project.
Paul has built strong relationships with the local authorities, local councillors and other key stakeholders involved in Heyford Park and was instrumental in founding of Heyford Park Free School, where he holds the roles of Chairman of the Trust and the Board of Governors. As well as playing an active role in education on the project, Paul was also a major advocate in the need for Dorchester Group to establish itself as a Registered Social Landlord and set up a business specifically to manage the social and affordable housing on site.
A Chartered Accountant by trade, Paul joined Dorchester Group as an equity partner in 2003, having previously worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions advisor to the Housebuilding sector at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup. On joining Dorchester Group he helped refocus the business into the new build arena, establishing its project finance arm which acted as a joint venture partner to many of the UK largest housebuilders.

Peter joined Dorchester as an advisor in 2015 and was appointed to join the board as a non-executive director in 2017. In his role he provides commercial advice and oversight on the corporate decision making, as well as on the Prince Philip Park project in particular.
During his distinguished 40-year career in construction and housebuilding, Peter has held senior roles at a number of leading developers, including on the UK Board of Tylor Wimpey as Group Land and Planning Director. He also holds the post of Deputy Chairman of the Home Building Federation and was one of four practitioners tasked with writing the current National Planning Policy Framework for England.
As a mark of the incredible influence Peter has had on housebuilding, development and regeneration, he was awarded an MBE for ‘Services to Construction' in the 2018 New Year Honours list.

Stephen joined the Dorchester team as a non-executive director in 2008, having spent 10 years in Flagship Training Ltd, a BAE Systems Company, as the Head of European Marketing and Business Development. In his role with Dorchester, Stephen takes on specific Board responsibilities for the company implementing Health & Safety Executive policies and processes.
Stephen has a particular interest in the development of management leadership. Over the past 12 years he has been engaged in a series of leadership programmes including Universities, focusing of the importance and execution of Soft Skills. He also contributed to the Royal Navy's latest book on leadership which was published in 2010.
Stephen is a Freeman of the Honourable Company of Master Mariners and serves on several Service Committees including Lady Grovers Trust, The Royal Navy Club of 1765 and 1785 and is a founder Trustee of the Naval College Alumni (The Britannia Association).
