Jeanette Mackie

Jeanette boasts over a decade of Mergers and Acquisitions experience, having worked for a boutique M&A advisory firm in the Thames Valley, working closely with shareholders/directors seeking the strategic sale of their company. An experienced negotiator and international deal maker she has managed company sale transactions on behalf of British, Asian, Australian, European and South African company owners. Jeanette studied for her undergraduate degree at Kings College London and studied for the ACCA Qualification. She is an Ambassador for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital Charity. She is also a Co-Op Member Pioneer, helping to develop long-term relationships to bring together Co-Op members, colleagues, charities and other local causes to make communities a better place to be. Her hobbies include running for charity, having successfully completed the London Marathon three times.

Kay Binns

Mike Whittle - Managing Director

Mike is a seasoned Director with 20 years' experience across multiple industries, successfully shaping and deploying strategy and delivering business value. His first board Directorship came in 2004. Subsequently he has held Directorships across many disciplines including Sales, Commercial, Technical, Consulting and Operations. Prior to joining EvolutionCBS, Mike had spent 15 years employed in the fast-paced world of Information Technology, working with some of the largest global brands. An experienced c-level negotiator, problem solver and strategist, Mike initially joined EvolutionCBS as a Senior Client Director. He has since led a significant number of multi-million-pound deals and projects to a successful conclusion, delivering outstanding outcomes for his clients. In July 2019, Mike took over as UK Managing Director of EvolutionCBS and now oversees the day-to-day running of the business, providing top-level operational leadership as the company enters its exciting next phase of growth.
