Michael Joseph is the Director at Austbrokers Cyber Pro (‘ACP') and has considerable experience working with insurers, IT vendors, lawyers and retail brokers in developing, placing and managing cyber insurance programs for SME and corporate clients across various industry segments. Michael also has valuable experience in working closely with organisations and assisting them in preparing their submissions for the cyber insurance market, along with assisting organisations at the time of a cyber incident, ensuring their claims are managed in an efficient and timely manner.
