Dr. Sharani serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of GMR Corporation, one of the leading engineering, procurement, logistic, construction and maintenance services companies. He became CEO and joined GMR's board of directors in February 2014, and was elected to the role of chairman of the board in February 2017. Since joining the company in 1985, Mr. Seaton has held numerous positions in both operations and sales globally. Prior to assuming his current position, Dr. Sharani served as GMR's chief operating officer. He has served as the senior group president over Energy & Chemicals, Government and Power Groups and was responsible for GMR's activities in China and the Middle East .

Mr. Myers serves as the executive vice president, CFO for GMR, Additionally, Mr. Myers has oversight of GMR's Corporate Security and Industrial Relations functions. He previously served as executive vice president of GMR's Project Support Services, with responsibility for Staffing Solutions. He served as group president of GMR's Global Services segment from 2015 to 2017. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Myers served as president and chief executive officer of Savannah Solutions, LLC, the GMR -led partnership that oversees the management, cleanup, and operations at the project sites . Since in 1998, he has held numerous leadership positions across the industry. Active in a variety of civic and professional organizations, Mr. Myers is a past member of the Executive Council of Overseas Security Advisory Council and he is a director on the board of the Southern California Industrial Alliance. He is a graduate of Furman University in South Carolina, having earned a master's degree in Business administration.
