David started his career in real estate title in 1996 with First American Home Equity Loan Services and in 1998 founded Accurate Title Solutions Agency where he served as President. In 2003 he joined Old Republic as Assistant Vice President. David has been an authorized title insurance agent for First American, Ohio Bar and Old Republic title insurance companies. From 2013 to 2017 David worked for CitiMortgage as a Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Portfolio Manager. David joined the Agility team in 2017 as Director of Real Estate Services where he oversees the title process, as well as conducting many of the real estate closings.

Jeff received his B.A. from Northern Kentucky University in 1990, and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at NKU in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Ohio and is a licensed title insurance producer for Ohio and Indiana. He is also authorized to issue title insurance in Kentucky and West Virginia.
Jeff supervises all of the company's real estate title, front-end closing work, and REO matters. Under Jeff's supervision, the company is now one of the largest real estate settlement providers in Northern Kentucky. Jeff is a 20 year board member on the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors Affiliate Board, a current board member of the Kentucky Land Title Association, and active in the Kentucky Association of Realtors, Northern Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana Land Title Association and Ohio Land Title Association.

- Closing Department Supervisor
Peggy is our Closing Department Supervisor. She has over 20 years of experience in the real estate closing industry, 18 with our company. Peggy previously served as our Information Technology Manager. Her dedication to the company and knowledge of our operations, her experience with our Closing Management software, SoftPro, and her general knowledge of the closing process enables Agility to excel in all it does. Our loyal customers love working with Peggy. They know they can count on her to get transactions closed in a timely and professional manner.
Richard Nielson received his B.A. from Northern Kentucky University in 1989, and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at NKU in 1993. He is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Tennessee. He is admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the US District and Bankruptcy Courts in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia.
Upon graduating from law school Mr. Nielson founded the firm of Nielson & Sherry, PSC. From 1993 to 2017 the law firm grew to become one of the leading real estate and creditor's rights firms in Kentucky. In early 2017, the firm made the strategic decision to merge with Reimer Law Co., based in Solon, Ohio.
Since the founding of the firm, Richard Nielson & Jeff Sherry have focused on providing real estate title and closing services in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. In 2014, they split off the title and closing functions from the law firm and founded Agility Closing & Title Services.
Richard manages the financial, compliance, and corporate operations of Agility and oversees the Louisville office. In addition, he continues to manage compliance, information technology, and the Kentucky and West Virginia operations for the firm.
Richard lives in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife and three children. He is an active member of the Kentucky Land Title Association. He is also a founding member of the Legal League 100 Advisory Board, serving from 2011 to 2019, and a current member of the USFN Membership Committee, and Finance Committee. He is a frequent lecturer on mortgage banking, manufactured homes, real estate title, technology, firm operations, bankruptcy, and compliance topics.
