Deadra Stevenson

Deadra is the founder of Agile36 and is based out of Atlanta, Georgia and Los Angeles, California. She brings over 15 years of hands on experience as an enterprise agile coach, portfolio transformation leader, C Suite lean and agile trainer, and has facilitated over 900 training courses. She has led 30 Lean-Agile transformations in organizations that vary in size and maturity, as well as worked with C-level to adopt and implement lean and agile principles. Deadra has launched numerous Lean Portfolio's and Agile Release Trains, her speciality is being able to actually meet organizations and people where they are and implement these concepts. Deadra is recognized as one of the most sought after lean and agile implementation change leader and coach. Deadra is a Certified SAFeĀ® Program Consultant (SPC 5); as well as CSM, CSP, CSPO, and LSSGB certified. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Tennessee State University. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

He has a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and is skilled in adapting these methodologies to meet the unique needs of each organization. Marcus has a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Agile transformations across multiple teams and departments. He is known for his exceptional leadership and communication skills, which enable him to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. He is able to clearly articulate complex ideas and processes, and has a talent for bringing people together to achieve common goals.
