Abby is Anala's Human Resource and Communication Lead. Abby has Degree in Communications coupled with a Diploma in Human Resources Management. With over 10 years in recruitment and a public relation associate, Abby ensures a collaborative and harmonious work environment at Anala.
Ana Gimenez, Anala's Director, comes with over 30 years' experience in the Human Services sector and had a vision and dream to create a company which started from grass roots and expanded into an organisation which has changed the lives of its participants.

Bek is Anala's Head of Service Delivery. Bek oversees the programs and services offered at Anala to ensure we are meeting the needs of clients families and organisations. Bek oversees the programs offered at Anala to guarantee the programs meet the participants needs and reach our strategic goal. Bek is experienced in Mentoring, Support Coordination, Behaviour Support and Nursing. This allows for a stronger understanding in service delivery.
Kerry has over 30 years experience in the Community Sector and has worked across a wide range of fields including disabilities, youthwork, aged care, community capacity building, and sector training and dev elopment. Kerry holds a Bachelor in Social Science, Diploma in Disability, Cert IV in Frontline Management and Training and Assessment.
