ANNE WOLFSON

With experience in government and the private sector, Anne has a unique perspective on how organizations function, and how to identify and respond to legal obstacles to their development. Anne was a software developer prior to law school, and her legal career began at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC and continued as a regulatory attorney in-house and in private practice. Combining her programming experience with her work as a regulatory attorney, Anne began working with regulated providers of data and technology. Anne went on to serve as general counsel to an early-stage Internet company and a European provider of securities exchange technology and services. She also has served as a senior member of the legal department at a financial services self-regulatory organization that plays a major role in the US payments system... Anne has established best practice policies and procedures for clients.
