Geoff Hill is a merchant banker and Director with over 30 years international experience. He is a former MD of Morgan Grenfell Australia, the Director of Morgan Grenfell PLC, the Chairman of Australasian Investment Holdings Limited and the Chairman of Hong Kong Administrative Services Limited. In Hong Kong, he is currently the Founder and Director of Asian Property Services, the Non Executive Director of Asian Property Investments Limited, and the Executive Chairman of International Pacific Securities Limited Group. Mr. Hill is also a Director or Chairman of 6 Australian public companies, and a current member of RHKYC and WPO Hong Kong Chapter.
Mr. Evan Chow has an extensive background in asset management, corporate finance and private equity and real estate. He is currently the Managing Director of Chow Enterprise Group/ CEG Capital, a private family office, and Managing Partner of MCL Financial Group, a boutique financial services platform. He received a Hon B.A from Brown University Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa in Applied Mathematics, Economics and Organizational Studies. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, Centum Charitas Foundation, Tianjin Municipality Youth Federation, Liaoning Province Youth Federation and serves as an external advisor for the Department of Finance and Decision Sciences of Hong Kong Baptist University.
Managing Director of Asian Property Investments Limited (APIL) and CEO of Asian Property Services Limited (APS), Chin holds an Australian CPA qualification and a degree in Business from Curtin University (WA). Chin has extensive property investment and financial experience. She is formerly CFO of a NASDAQ-listed multinational, Frank Russell Australia, and the Association of Consulting Engineers Australia. She previously held the position of business development manager for the Financial Services Division of ING (HK).

Richard has more than 20 years of consulting and advisory experience. He has advised a broad range of multinational firms and several governments on issues including finance, strategy, competitiveness, governance and on doing business in Asia. Richard is Past Chairman of The Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macau, a Past Chairman of CPA Australia, and has been a director of several other companies. Richard is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
Mr. Ip Tin Chee, Arnold, aged 55, was appointed as an independent non- executive director of the Company in July 2018. Mr. Ip obtained a Master of Arts degree from Trinity College, Cambridge University. Mr. Ip is chairman of Altus Holdings Limited (stock code: 8149), which group companies focus on providing corporate finance services to listed and unlisted companies in Hong Kong, as well as property investments in Japan and Hong Kong. Mr. Ip is an independent non-executive director of Sam Woo Construction Group Limited (stock code: 3822), Pioneer Global Group Limited (stock code: 224), Pak Fah Yeow International Limited (stock code: 239) and Icicle Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 8429), each of which is a company listed on the Stock Exchange. Mr. Ip worked for Standard Chartered Asia Limited and was a director of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Limited thereafter until January 2001, specializing in a range of corporate finance and advisory activities for companies based in Hong Kong and China. From 1984 to 1988, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co in London specializing in taxation and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988.
