The business partners originally met in school, but only post-graduation did they embark on a business venture together. In August of 2011, the partners recognized each other at a team-building seminar of a professional real estate event and the they began talking business. They quickly discovered their shared goals and similar business savvy, and decided to team up in what came to fruition as AppleTree Investments. Roman conceived of the name AppleTree in college and always had big plans for it, but until now, he didn't know what. Soon, the partners began looking for houses together. They sought investors, took meetings, and hustled until AppleTree slowly started bearing fruit... After taking roots in 2011, AppleTree Investments began raking in deals every month. The company was investing, buying and selling at any given time. At one point, twenty properties passed through their hands in a single year.
