Dennis Wadden P.

Dennis has worked on various projects with Inc. since 1994. He is responsible for the coordination and administrative phases of all construction projects, such as planning, estimating, costing and accounting. Dennis has had significant experience in managing the delivery of onsite store installations and minor construction services. Projects which Dennis has completed consist of approximately 40 new design build projects ranging from 10,000 to 90,000 square feet, approximately 20 major expansion projects and over 100 interior renovations. Dennis is responsible for APM's construction operations in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador, and is based out of APM's Halifax office. Duane Lamont

Duane Lamont has been a part of the team since 1989. In 2011, he took the reins of the company after being Vice President of Operations for twenty years. Duane is a leader in his field, having supervised a wide range of projects including numerous innovative grocery stores, and the expansion and renovation of various retail and commercial buildings delivered through a successful design build program. Duane is responsible for expanding APM's national presence. He oversaw the creation of branches in Halifax, Calgary, and Toronto. APM's main priority is instituting a customer-first policy, and that is best represented Duane's day-to-day dealings. Because of his management and oversight, we have built a reputation of trust and quality among our past clients. Ian Harper P.

Ian Harper has designed and managed over $400 million worth of design build projects throughout Atlantic Canada. Ian has over 15 years of progressive responsibility with the APM team, and has led the design, budgeting, contract administration and construction management for a variety of design build projects for private, corporate and government clients. Ian is a valuable resource for generating and assessing potential value engineering measures due to his background in both managing design and working as a construction manager. Under Ian's leadership, APM's engineering department is able to provide complete ‘in-house' design services including Municipal Planning, Concept Design, Building Design, Civil Design, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and 3D Rendering. Over the years Ian has taken the lead role for APM in dealing with municipal, provincial and federal authorities. Ian's recent experience includes project management and design of APM's corporate head office and the redevelopment of 3711 Joseph Howe Drive, the new head office for Loblaw Properties Atlantic. Ian has recently taken on the lead role for the provision of construction management services for the $22 million Ambulatory Care Centre addition to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Michael Morello joined APM MacLean in 2001 as a Foreman. Through his participation in a variety of roles within the Company, from Foreman to Student Engineer, to Field Engineer, to Project Engineer and to Project Manager, Michael has developed proven expertise constructing high visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process. As Michael progressed his career with APM MacLean, he returned to school to complete his Civil Engineering Degree from the University of New Brunswick. As the VP of Construction, Michael is an instrumental part of our team, with a consistent track record of success in the management of critical projects for several of Canada's largest corporations, from design through to construction, he will leverage strategies by using the most efficient building methods.
