Jessica Trout is a lifelong resident of Marion, Iowa. She is a Certified Residential appraiser with twenty-five years of experience in residential properties. Mrs. Trout has an Associate of Arts from Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA. Joining Appraisal Associates in March 2000, she has become a valuable member of the Appraisal Associates team that always provides exceptional work that includes a wide range of uses of appraisals such as mortgage lending, VA loans, divorce/dissolution, estates, including planning, private market and market value. Growing up in the Marion and Cedar Rapids, Iowa metro area gives Ms. Trout a greater insight into the market area and a knowledge base of the communities.

Jonathan Westercamp joined Appraisal Associates in 2004. Mr. Westercamp has repeatedly said that growing up his dream job was to be an appraiser. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa in 2001. Mr. Westercamp is a State Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the state of Iowa and is also a candidate for designation with the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Westercamp has over fifteen years of experience specializing in commercial real estate; he is engaged on a regular basis by numerous regional financial institutions, local lending institutions, financial investment specialists and government entities (both state and local). Mr. Westercamp provides services that gives greater insights into the real estate markets.
