Aileen Carswell (Vice President of Operations & Recruiting): Aileen has over 16 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, operations and management. Well versed in pediatric recruiting processes and the nuances of recruiting for school districts, Aileen has placed over 100 therapists in various school districts locally and nationwide. She has worked for Atlanta Pediatric Therapy, Inc. since 2005 and Applied Pediatrics since its inception in 2018.
Betty Nelson EdS/CCC-SLP: Betty Nelson is our Quality Assurance Coordinator, providing support to school-based Speech-Language Pathologists. Betty serves as a liaison between school therapists and the school districts to ensure therapists receive the support they need. Betty is an ASHA credentialed Speech Language Pathologist. She previously worked as a staff speech pathologist and lead speech pathologist in school settings. Betty served as the Special Education Coordinator for the Speech-Language and Related Services Department, helping navigate therapeutic and IDEA business in Dekalb County Schools from 2007 to 2020 and in Clayton County Schools from 1984 to 2006. Betty has worked for Applied Pediatrics, Inc. since July 2020.

Christine Lim Weber (Director of Employee Happiness and Human Resources): Christine has worked in client services, building and maintaining client relationships, for over 20 years. She collaborates closely with our recruiting department to provide hands-on service to our school partners and therapists. She maintains a close relationship with our school therapists and our management team to address employee concerns, develop policy and procedures, and manage benefits administration. Christine has worked for Applied Pediatrics, Inc. since January 2019, and she also serves as Director of Human Resources for Atlanta Pediatric Therapy.
George Rosero (CEO/President): With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare staffing and healthcare/education technology fields, George has led Applied Pediatrics since its beginning. His expertise in educational therapy staffing, pediatric home therapy, early intervention and pediatric therapy outpatient clinics position him to anticipate trends that set us apart . He founded Atlanta Pediatric Therapy, Inc. in 2002 and formed Applied Pediatrics, Inc. in 2018.
Nadia Aziz: Nadia Aziz is one of Applied Pediatrics' Account Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists for our school partners. Nadia has over 10 years in client services, building and maintaining client relationships. She works in our recruiting department sourcing top talent and providing hands-on service to our school partners.
