Organized on September 4, 1994 and registered on November 14, 1994 with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), Almeria Seafarers Multipurpose Cooperative (ASEMCO) is an institution initially founded to support the seafarers circle and their families. It later on evolved as the organization recognized the community's need for financial and sociocultural assistance,... The Almeria Seafarer's Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ASEMCO) is an organization recognized by the Cooperative Development Authority. It is a cooperative in the Philippines that currently operates in the province of Biliran. ASEMCO is structured to improve community's livelihoods and adapt to member's changing needs... We work with our partners to find innovative solutions to challenges and help the partners, organization and members achieve their goals.
