Barb's journey towards certification as a yoga instructor started several years ago and intensified through her practice at Y.O.G.A. for the Soul studio under Sandi Logan-Mayer. Finding a Christian yoga studio so close to home was the best thing for Barb and help her grow in her passion for practicing yoga and worshiping and following God's calling to serve the elderly through classes at senior living facilities, Alzheimer's groups, and chair yoga for her friends at work. Barb is certified by Christy Burnett of Conscious Community Yoga. Christy is truly one of the special teachers and continues to be a guiding force in the Phoenix yoga community...
