Lynn B. Smiley graduated from Goldey-Beacom College in 1989 with a degree in Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant with the state of Pennsylvania in 2009. Ms. Smiley is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Notary Association. ​Lynn has served on the Board of Directors at The United Methodist Children's Center as well as The Good Will Fire Company. Lynn enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, reading, beach time, biking and spending time with her children and fur babies.

He became a Certified Public Accountant Mr. Baker is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Alfred J. Baker started the original business and has been providing professional quality tax and accounting services to our clients for over 40 years. Alfred J. Baker, Inc. and Lynn B. Smiley CPA, Inc. were formed in 2003. A slight name change for the firm, but only improvements to our client focus as we continued to provide the same quality services for the past 12 years.

Paige Barnes graduated from West Chester University in 1989 with a degree in Liberal Studies, minors in both Speech Communication and Health Sciences with an emphasis in Gerontology. Paige currently serves as President of the Ladies Auxiliary at Minquas Fire Company in Downingtown. Both Paige and her husband are avid motorcycle riders and belong to the Red Knights. ​Paige is also a Senior Independent Mary Kay Consultant where she teaches skin care and make-up applications.
