Bob Gower has spent 36 years in Automotive with more than fifteen of those in retail automotive. Starting at the bottom is not uncommon to him, as he has had every job in the dealership from Sales, and Service to Management and Operations working his way to General Manager. The last 29 years he has been a major contributor to making industry changes with leadership in Business Development in the OEM segment with General Motors Globally, Jaguar & Land Rover, Mercedes, FCA, Mazda, Toyota, Nissan and Subaru. Hesham has been leading technology teams in Contact Center/Business Development companies for the last 23 years, after graduating with a B.S. in Computer Engineering in 1997. He has helped multiple start-up organizations transform into multimillion dollar companies in the late 90s and early 2000s. He joined Traver Companies in 2008 and helped develop systems and software to deliver the company products. Most recently, he created Traver Connect, which offers a complete suite of solutions for automobile dealerships to convert BDC leads into sales and to maximize service-lane opportunities. Our staff of experienced experts is able to provide professional training, both online and on-site, observing social distancing and safety measures. Traver Connect also developed proprietary software to enhance BDC sales, and we are ready to guide dealerships with well-executed best practices designed to grow customers consistently and profitably. In short, Traver Connect covers an entire dealership to maximize revenue.
John has owned and operated his own companies for the past 28 years including selling his last firm to Automatic Data Processing (ADP), a Fortune 300 company in 2000. He tends to lean toward the people and system side of a business - with an emphasis on service, software, and/or consulting. He has over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and over 16 in the commercial real estate sector with an emphasis in the self-storage industry and tenant interaction. Rob has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including Product Development, Program Management, CRM, Digital Marketing, operations, training, and leadership development.
