Dr Anuradha Rao has over 27 years of Human Resources experience. She has held leadership positions in major global companies including GE Capital International Services, IBM, Mphasis, Genpact, and Deutsche Bank.
Dr Rao has a PhD in English Literature from the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages; a diploma in Journalism; and has received training on Methods and Methodologies of Learning and Content Development. She is accredited to implement the MBTI and DiSC psychometric tools and is a certified facilitator of the Franklin Covey Group's reputed Performance Leadership Program and 7 Habits of Highly Effective People courses. Krishna has worked with public and private enterprises for over 3 decades. He spent 12 years at Wipro Technologies, heading Global Delivery for the technology business and the Hyderabad centre, coaching 27 of the company's top leaders. He has built 3 organizations from the ground up under the Andhra Pradesh government, and worked on mergers and acquisitions from due diligence to the successful integration of businesses.
Krishna has created and delivered workshops to senior civil servants managing e-governance programs. Krishna is the author of 4 books: Digital India, A Handbook on Change Management, Becoming a Woman Entrepreneur, and a textbook on corporate governance for MBA students.
Krishna holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Physics, an MTech from IISc, and a PhD from Bharathiar University.

Jay is an HR professional, leadership coach, academic and researcher, and columnist with wide-ranging HR experience of over 2 decades. He started his career at Tata Steel, where he worked in the Personnel Management & Industrial Relations division. At the Tata Steel Management Development Centre (TMDC), he conceptualized and designed a Business Managers' Development Program with the involvement of the company's top management. He deployed the Program across the Tata Group, and opened up the TMDC beyond the Group to reach over 20 companies. Jay has also worked with Sasken, iGATE, Capgemini and Atos.

Kuldeep is a champion of data-driven decision-making who spent over 20 years in HR in the manufacturing and IT sectors. He held key positions as Corporate Head of HR, Strategic HR Advisor, and Global Head (Organization Development) for major companies including UST Global, Infosys, Capgemini and Symphony Services, and led several change management and organizational development initiatives. Before entering the corporate world, he was Associate Professor (HR) at IIM Indore.
Kuldeep regularly conducts workshops on HR analytics at the IIMs and for wider audiences. He is the co-author of ‘Winning on HR Analytics', a book about leveraging data for competitive advantage, and has co-edited several internationally published books on strategic HRM. He is a globally acclaimed commentator and writer on HR analytics on social media, HR magazines and leading business newspapers.
He is a doctoral fellow of XLRI Jamshedpur, and holds HR and Business Analytics certifications from Wharton and UC Berkeley.

Madhavi has held key leadership positions in eminent public, private and educational institutions for nearly 30 years. Starting at COD as a Research Assistant, she is a former Director and Governor, and has been affiliated with us for almost 2 decades. As Senior General Manager and Head of Capacity Building and Knowledge Management at the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG), Madhavi steered capacity-building initiatives, formulated policy and strategy, and led e-governance collaborations with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), state and central government departments. She was a guest lecturer at Hysea Leadership Programs, and served as an independent non-executive Director on the Board of Nava Bharat Ventures.
Madhavi is the author of ‘Change and Turbulence in SAIL: A Story of Fluctuating Fortunes', and has published several papers in professional journals.
Madhavi has an MA and MPhil in Sociology from the University of Hyderabad and a PhD in Business Management from Osmania University, specializing in Change Management.

Sethu is an experienced corporate leader, consultant, trainer, researcher and educator who has worked across the Middle East, East Asia and India in the construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, banking, academic and technology sectors. He has worked with many leading organizations, including Tawazun, Ernst & Young, L&T, and the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation. He has done research, consulting, training and advisory work at IIM Ahmedabad, the Academy of Human Resources Development, Ahmedabad, the Rabdan Academy in Abu Dhabi, and here at COD. Sethu has also taught at the National Police Academy, XLRI, TMTC and several IIMs. He frequently addresses HR seminars in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
He has several publications, standardized psychological tests and standardized survey instruments to his credit.
Sethu has a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Calicut and a PhD in Organization Behaviour & Industrial Psychology from the Centre of Advanced Studies in Psychology, Allahabad University. Srinivas became the Director of COD in February 2022 after several key leadership roles in major enterprises. At Capgemini Technology Services India, he served as Chairman and Group Executive Officer after stints as CEO and Member of the Group Executive Committee. As Executive Vice President, Member of the Executive Council and Chief People Officer at iGATE, his leadership was vital to the acquisition of Patni Computer Systems in 2011 and the subsequent acquisition of iGATE by CapGemini in 2015. Srinivas has also held senior leadership positions at Power Grid Corporation of India and Sasken Technologies. Organizations that have implemented his frameworks have been repeatedly recognized among India's Great Places to Work and Best Employers.

Physician, business leader, social entrepreneur and recipient of multiple medical and business awards, Dr Sunita Maheshwari, Chief Dreamer at the Telerad Group, chairs the COD Board of Governors.
Dr Maheshwari is the Chief Dreamer at the Telerad Group and a US board-certified pediatric cardiologist. Dr Maheshwari sits on the boards of HDFC Bank, GlaxoSmithKline India, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of India (a subsidiary of the American Heart Association), and IIHMR Bangalore, among others. She also runs the trust funds People4People, which has set up over 400 playgrounds in government schools across India, and the Telerad Foundation, which provides telemedicine services to underprivileged neighborhoods in Asia. Parimala has over 25 years of experience in banking technology. Her career began in the retail and corporate banking departments of Union Bank of India. Transitioning from banking to technology, she became Vice-President, FIS India, where she supervised the end-to-end IT requirements of small institutions including Bandhan Bank, ESAF, Fincare, Suryoday and NESFB.
