Dr Kuldeep Singh

Kuldeep is a champion of data-driven decision-making who spent over 20 years in HR in the manufacturing and IT sectors. Dr Madhavi Cherukuri

Madhavi has held key leadership positions in eminent public, private and educational institutions for nearly 30 years. Starting at COD as a Research Assistant, she is a former Director and Governor, and has been affiliated with us for almost 2 decades. As Senior General Manager and Head of Capacity Building and Knowledge Management at the National Institute for Smart Government (NISG), Madhavi steered capacity-building initiatives, formulated policy and strategy, and led e-governance collaborations with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), state and central government departments. She was a guest lecturer at Hysea Leadership Programs, and served as an independent non-executive Director on the Board of Nava Bharat Ventures. Dr P Sethu Madhavan

Sethu is an experienced corporate leader, consultant, trainer, researcher and educator who has worked across the Middle East, East Asia and India in the construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, banking, academic and technology sectors. He has worked with many leading organizations, including Tawazun, Ernst & Young, L&T, and the Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation. He has done research, consulting, training and advisory work at IIM Ahmedabad, the Academy of Human Resources Development, Ahmedabad, the Rabdan Academy in Abu Dhabi, and here at COD. Srinivas became the Director of COD in February 2022 after several key leadership roles in major enterprises. At Capgemini Technology Services India, he served as Chairman and Group Executive Officer after stints as CEO and Member of the Group Executive Committee. As Executive Vice President, Member of the Executive Council and Chief People Officer at iGATE, his leadership was vital to the acquisition of Patni Computer Systems in 2011 and the subsequent acquisition of iGATE by CapGemini in 2015. Srinivas has also held senior leadership positions at Power Grid Corporation of India and Sasken Technologies. Dr Sunita Maheshwari - Chairman

Physician, business leader, social entrepreneur and recipient of multiple medical and business awards, Dr Sunita Maheshwari, Chief Dreamer at the Telerad Group, chairs the COD Board of Governors. Dr Maheshwari is the Chief Dreamer at the Telerad Group and a US board-certified pediatric cardiologist. Dr Maheshwari sits on the boards of HDFC Bank, GlaxoSmithKline India, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of India (a subsidiary of the American Heart Association), and IIHMR Bangalore, among others. She also runs the trust funds People4People, which has set up over 400 playgrounds in government schools across India, and the Telerad Foundation, which provides telemedicine services to underprivileged neighborhoods in Asia.
