Corey is always up for a challenge-which is a personality trait that comes in handy nearly every day in the engineering field. Corey has been at Sambatek for 16 years. Before his role as Chief Growth Officer, he was the Director of Transportation and Environmental Services. The role of Chief Growth Officer was created to lead our one company growth strategy. Corey is a key member of our executive leadership team leading the growth strategies for achieving our revenue goals. Corey has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NDSU. He started as a civil engineer. He then developed the skills for increased responsibilities as a project manager and director. Prior to joining Sambatek, Corey worked for Lamp, Rynerson & Associates as a project engineer, E.I.T in Omaha, NE, and as an inspector and on a survey crew for Floan-Sanders Consulting Engineers. Corey has been active in many industry organizations; currently serving as the ACEC Chairman of the Transportation Committee. Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time with his family and doing his best to overcome the never-ending challenges of fishing.

What inspires Jeff is being able to have a substantial impact on communities and their quality of life. He supports a collaborative environment where the team continues to grow and thrive while creating opportunities for one another. Jeff has a wealth of industry leadership experience, with 15 years of professional experience spanning the public, private and non-profit sectors. As Director of Public Services, Jeff supports project teams to identify solutions for clients, ensuring successful project delivery. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in communication from St. John's University. Before Sambatek, he worked at KLJ Engineering as the VP of Sales and Market Manager. Jeff's biggest accomplishment was the establishment, growth, and development of KLJ's St. Paul's office, which consisted of building the office to more than 50 individuals and $12 million in revenue. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys being with his wife, Kristina, and children, Hannah, Maria, Stella, and Kirby. He loves coaching his kid's teams and is currently planning his 19 th season of amateur baseball for the St. Anthony Hogs townball team.

Mark loves a challenge. Perhaps that explains why, as director of land services, he is always looking for new ways to make his clients' jobs easier. Since joining Sambatek in 2004, Mark has guided his team in acting as true project partners on a range of commercial site design projects. "We go above and beyond to guide our clients through the entire process of establishing the schedule, coordinating meetings, following through with the subcontractors, and assisting through construction. We see ourselves as a project partner, not just as an engineer or landscape architect."
 Before he came to Sambatek, Mark owned and operated a concrete product manufacturing business in central Minnesota for nine years. Previously, he worked as a municipal engineer for one of the premier civil engineering consultants in the Twin Cities area. Outside of work Mark enjoys attending his kids' sporting events (cross-country running, hockey, track, and golf) with his wife Monica. He loves to go snowmobiling and enjoys traveling with his family to ride the trails in Wyoming.

Growing up in a family of surveyors, Michael had excellent mentors throughout his life. His grandfather and uncle were both professional surveyors, so he was familiar with the profession early on. With a love for the outdoors, he has always enjoyed the challenge brought on by braving the elements. Surveying was in his blood. Michael began his career providing construction and surveying services on transportation projects including the O'Hare International Airport Taxiway and Amtrak Stations across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. He then managed survey teams for utility clients throughout the Upper Midwest. After 20 years of experience in the survey industry in the Chicago area, Michael now brings his expertise to Sambatek in his role as Director of Field & Energy Services for clients in the Twin Cities. Key component of his duties include managing the field division and providing business development, staff management, recruitment, and project management. When Michael is not working, he can be found outdoors camping, fishing, and enjoying winter sports. He loves Minnesota winters!

Paige's remarkable educational background and extensive experience in the field of human resources make her a great asset to our organization. At Sambatek, we recognize the pivotal role of human resources in achieving organizational success. Paige brings a wealth of experience and expertise in HR. Her responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and significant contributions to various company and HR initiatives. With nine years of dedicated service in human resources, Paige possesses unparalleled expertise. Paige holds a bachelor's degree in Geographical Sciences from Minnesota State University in Moorhead, MN. She has earned a master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Her unwavering commitment to education is reflected in her cum laude graduation from Minnesota State University. Outside of her professional life, Paige is a devoted mother and enjoys her husband's company. As a nature enthusiast, Paige and her family engage in numerous outdoor activities, such as leisurely nature walks and exploring their cherished spot on the North Shore of Minnesota. Adding to their joy is their adorable Irish Doodle puppy, Indie.

Rarely do you meet someone as inspiring as our president and CEO, Sirish. His relentless determination to achieve his dreams-and those of others-propelled him out of rural India, through a master's program at South Dakota State University, and into Sambatek's doors as an engineer-in-training. When asked about the challenges he's overcome, his response is: "What challenges?" He quickly became known for his ability to envision and create success in complex situations. With a powerful ability to inspire others, it didn't take long for him to become a company-and industry-leader. In 2009, he championed the efforts to restructure Sambatek and took responsibility as the firm's primary owner. Since then, he's led Sambatek into a phase of growth and energy that's easily felt when walking through our Minnetonka, MN, office. When he's not working hard to find success for Sambatek and our clients, Sirish can be found spending time with his wife, Swapna, his son, Alex, and his two daughters, Simi and Trisha.
