Daniel Terrazas is a California State University, Dominguez graduate. After woking for a few years as a music instructor for the Compton Unified school district he thought it was time for a change. Real estate had been an interesting field for Terrazas since an early age but was not aware of all the creative methods that successful entrepreneurs utilized. After studying real estate, Terrazas began marketing for distressed properties in the local Los Angeles area.
