Duck Egg & Lime is an established cookery school in Co. Clare catering exclusively for children. Trisha Lenihan started the kids' cookery school to teach budding chefs the valuable life skill of cooking, build their confidence in the kitchen, encourage creativity and share her appreciation for good food - all while having fun... Duck Egg & Lime currently use a fully kitted-out, purpose built kitchen from the East Clare Community Co-op, in Scariff Co.Clare. As a fully insured and Garda vetted school we believe in taking children from all walks of life. We not only build on the appreciation of creating good quality food, but also build on self confidence, the importance of working as part of a team and forming new friendships.
