Brad Roy is a highly experienced Electronic Security Sales Engineer with a successful track record designing and selling small to medium-sized commercial security systems. Born and raised in Central NY, Brad developed an interest in electronics and technology from an early age. After completing his studies in the art field, Brad began his career in the security industry, following his father, who founded Securitronics in 1972.
Over the past 30 years, Brad has gained extensive experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of electronic security systems for a wide range of commercial clients. His areas of expertise include access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems. Brad's ability to understand the unique needs of his clients and develop customized security solutions has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and consultant in the industry.
In his current role as an Electronic Security Sales Engineer, Brad works closely with clients to identify their security needs and design tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. His deep understanding of security technology and his ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms has helped many clients make informed decisions about their security needs.
Cooper is third generation in the alarm industry. His late grandfather, Russell A. MacDonnell, opened the first Sonitrol franchise in the northeast (Stamford, CT) in 1970 and is currently in the Sonitrol Hall of Fame for his vision, dedication, and passion for protecting life and property.
Cooper's father, Russell R. MacDonnell, is an alarm industry veteran of 45+ years and a member of the SSI Industry Hall of Fame, class 2016. He is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the security industry, founding and building several installation and monitoring businesses. He is currently Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and co-founder of Rapid Response Monitoring Services, Inc., the nation's leading wholesale monitoring company.
Cooper joined Eastern Security in May 2013 with a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University Maryland, where he was an All-American lacrosse player. He began his career in security in 2011, working for Rapid Response Monitoring. At RRMS, he was promoted to Special Projects Manager responsible for sales, installation, and service for one client, which had 20,000+ customers throughout the country. Cooper oversees all aspects of the Eastern Security business, directing and coordinating all departments to meet business and growth objectives.
Dave joined Eastern Security Services in 1988 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He spent several years in the field as a service technician, gaining valuable experience in system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting before becoming Technical Manager. As Service/Technical Support Manager, Dave manages all aspects of the service department.

Jeff Cooper has been in the security/integration industry for more than 15 years with experience in consulting, account management, sales leadership, and providing services for integration to businesses for Access Control, IP Cameras, Electronic Security, and Fire/Life Safety Systems. Jeff joined Eastern Security in 2023 as General Manager to lead the charge for expansion into the Rochester, New York market.
Born and raised in Rochester, Jeff is active in the community as a volunteer with the local non-profit R-Community Bikes Inc. Both personally and professionally, Jeff is driven to continue to learn and have new experiences that expand his knowledge while making new connections. Jeff is looking to the future to continue to build relationships and provide customers with a high-level experience both in products and service.
Luisa Capsello joined Eastern Security in 1995. She is responsible for providing fire, life safety and electronic security solutions for both commercial and residential accounts. Born and raised in Syracuse, she received a Bachelor's degree from LeMoyne College in Business Administration/Marketing. After graduating, she began her career in sales. She continues to lead Eastern Security's sales team in sales, as well as taking on leadership roles in numerous sales initiatives.
Mike joined Eastern Security Services in August 2008 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Mike spent several years as a Security Sales Representative before being promoted to General Manager and has vast knowledge in system design and integrations. As General Manager, Mike oversees and manages all aspects of our Corning office to meet growth objectives. When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and being outdoors.

Bob has been in the electronic security industry for over 20 years with extensive experience providing integrated services to commercial and industrial businesses for Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Fire/Life Safety and Door Intercom systems. Bob joined Eastern Security in 2023 as Account Executive for our expansion into the Buffalo, New York area.
Bob previously spent 19 years working for several electrical/mechanical engineering firms in the Buffalo area. Bob was a lead electrical designer where he collaborated with architects, owners and contractors in the design, specification writing and construction phases of projects.
Born and raised near Buffalo (Sanborn), where he resides with his wife Kim. They are proud parents of two children and grandparents of five.
Tim joined Eastern Security Services in 2015 after spending nearly three decades in the security industry. He is responsible for providing security, access control, and cameras to both commercial and residential customers. Born and raised in Syracuse, Tim received an associate's degree from Herkimer County Community College. Tim strives to keep up with the latest trends in the security industry in order to provide customers with the most recent, cutting-edge technology.
