Jeff Cooper grew up in Champaign, Illinois, and moved with his wife to the Indianapolis area in 2003, where they enjoy raising their 3 kids. He is active in his church and places a high value on time spent parenting and with family.
Jeff has represented seniors and their families in estate planning, as well as administering estates and trusts for more than 6 years, and in 2008 expanded the practice to include elder law.
