Initially born in Dallas, Brandie made her way to El Paso at the age of 8 years old. Brandie has been steadily climbing up the insurance ladder and currently has her Property & Casualty License. In order to fulfill her position well, Brandie shows exceptional patience and is naturally a people person which is vital in her position as a Transportation Specialist. In her free time, Brandie likes to keep it simple and spend it with her children.

Before coming back to El Paso during her high school years, where she was born, Brenda grew up in Juarez, Mexico. Brenda is fresh and motivated within her career in the insurance industry and has obtained her Property & Casualty License that time. Brenda is extremely patient, which helps her fulfill her role well by making each client feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her fluency in English and Spanish is also a key quality of Brenda as our office serves many clients of both languages. In her free time, Brenda's favorite hobby is enjoying a good book to read.

Cindy was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and has built an extensive career in insurance that spans 21 years! She has various licenses including her Adjusters License, Life & Health, as well as Property & Casualty. Cindy is very detail oriented, with plenty of experience that has allowed her to become excellent at negotiating with carriers. This is crucial in providing the best possible plans for our clients. When she's not at the office, Cindy enjoys reading and spending time with her family such as her nieces and nephews.

Cynthia was raised nearby El Paso in Anthony, New Mexico. Her insurance career is steadily growing, and Cynthia demonstrates a great attention to detail and is punctual and organized within her role as a Transportation Specialist. She enjoys being outdoors which may include a hike, but can also appreciate a bit of indoor shopping as well! Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Born in Monterrey, Dina made her way to El Paso at the age of 7. She is currently in her sixth year of her insurance career and is a Property & Casualty Licensed agent. Dina's strengths in her role revolve around her ability to listen well and the positive attitude she has when approaching all situations. In the transportation industry, situations can be high stress, yet Dina makes sure that everything is still handled with care and composure. When she is not at Flor Insurance, Dina loves traveling and spending time with all of her family and loved ones.

Estephanie was born in El Paso, raised in Mexico, and then returned to El Paso at around the age of 16. She has worked in insurance for about 4 years now and currently has her Limited Lines and Property & Casualty Licenses. Estephanie is naturally a people person, which is a big factor in the patience and care that she presents to each client. During her time away from the office, Estephanie likes to keep it simple and spend her time with family and loved ones.
The owner of Flor Insurance Group, Flor, was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and has enjoyed an extensive career in the insurance industry. She began her career in insurance at 20 years old and has accomplished so much in a career that stretches over 30 years! Flor embraces people, and by building friendships with her clients along with seeing her employees as family, she has built a strong company made for serving so many walks of life. Currently, Flor is actively learning the art of photography, and consistently looks for different opportunities to share with her family and loved ones.

Born in El Paso, and raised in Mexico, Karen made her way back to El Paso roughly 10 years ago during her journey through college where she earned a Bachelor's in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso. Her career in insurance spans 4 years and in that time, she has obtained her Property & Casualty License. Karen manages all of the company's finances and accounting and is key to ensuring that Flor Insurance Group is always in great shape. Her organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail are vital in her role. Karen likes to keep things simple outside of work, spending her time with her pets watching good movies.
Our Chief of Operations and Partner of Flor Insurance Group, Leo, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He made his way to El Paso roughly 7 years ago and began his career in insurance. He first served as a business consultant before joining Flor Insurance exclusively after a year of consulting. Leo excels with leadership values and has valuable experience with moving a team forward. His patience, empathy, and detail to analytics have all been key factors in his success. Leo is also an experienced musician, playing keys for neo soul group, Kikimora and looks for any opportunity to stay creative which includes a passion for cooking.

She currently has her Property & Casualty License and has shown a dependable, compassionate, and caring personality to all of her clients. Lissa likes to take initiative and make sure that she finds all solutions for those she is serving, and is on track to continue succeeding and progressing through her career. Lissa enjoys staying active through dance and weightlifting, and she loves to also spend her free time with friends and family.

Melissa was born in Wichita, Kansas, but shortly moved over to El Paso where she was raised. Melissa's insurance career begins with an extensive career within the trucking industry. The trucking industry demands a lot of attention, and Melissa's ability to stay calm and levelheaded helps tremendously in her role. She also manages a youth baseball team of 10-year-olds while also supporting her daughter in softball. A lot of her free time is spent with the family, but Melissa also stays very active through kettlebell training as well.

Miguel was born in El Paso and is a proud Westsider for life. He has developed a strong insurance career and he is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent. He carries the essential qualities in order to succeed in his role, including an attention to detail and an ability to listen and understand the client's needs In order to provide them with the best solutions. Miguel stays busy outside of work by building his music brand which keeps him active through music discovery, graphic design, and DJing. He even stays creative through mediums such as woodworks!
Monica was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Her career in insurance began 4 years ago and she has obtained her Property & Casualty License during that span. She has grown into a role that manages all of the human resource components of the Flor Insurance Group. Her kindness and understanding is vital in this role as she consistently works to ensure that the Flor team are always in the best possible position to succeed at what they do. When she is not in the office, Monica enjoys staying active with dance and going to the gym. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as watching basketball.

Jessica is a born and raised El Pasoan with a very well-established career in the insurance industry. She has worked in insurance for close to 8 years now and is a Property & Casualty Licensed agent. Her communication skills are excellent as she carries an extremely friendly personality with her every day. This allows for exceptional experiences for the client every time. In her free time, Jessica embraces the role of mother, as she spends her days with her children always up to something new with them.
Paola was born in El Paso, Texas yet raised in our city sister of Juarez, Mexico. She moved back to El Paso roughly three years ago and began her career in insurance a year after that. Paola first obtained her Life and Health license before getting her Property & Casualty License, making her a well rounded agent whom understands insurance on a wide level. Being fluent in both Spanish and English, as well as having an optimistic attitude towards the role she fulfills are Paola's greatest strengths in her position. Outside of the office, Paola enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones, and continues to add on to her prestigious flag football career.

Roger was born in El Paso, Texas. However, he was raised in Mexico while still attending school in El Paso since the 5th grade. He has established a great career in insurance that stretches 13 years. In his role as a Transportation Specialist, Roger is a perfectionist which is essential when providing coverage to an industry that carries so much risk. His organization and attention to detail are perfect compliments to his experience in the insurance. Outside of the office, Roger is mostly a homebody, finding joy in upkeeping his home and spending time cooking.

Rosa was born in Albuquerque and made her way to El Paso at around the age of 14 years old. She has a very credited career in insurance as she holds many certifications and designations including her Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License, designation with the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and is the former President of Insurance Professionals of El Paso. Her experience and knowledge in insurance speaks for itself, as she handles all situations with ease and comfortability. Outside of the office, Rosa enjoys DIY home projects, reading, and is known as a "Chaser" because she is a huge fan of the acapella group, Straight No Chaser!
Silvia was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Her insurance career has reached the 10-year mark where she is licensed in both Life & Health, as well as Property & Casualty. Silvia's role in the office is operations, where she collaborates with each department to see where they are optimized and how they can improve, as well as reviews the metrics and reports in order to adjust for better production. She has a strong sense of structure and is detail oriented which allows for her to perform well in her position at Flor Insurance. Silvia enjoys spending her off time with all of her family which includes her son, husband, and pets!
Valery is Chuco all the way being born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Valery is furthering her career in insurance and is currently specializing in Commercial Insurance. Earlier this year, Valery obtained her Property & Casualty License and has been steadily learning more and more about the industry each day. Her friendly nature is key for her role as she is able to communicate well with the clients and ensure that they are receiving the best possible experience. This carries into her life outside of the office and Valery enjoys every opportunity to network and meet new people.
