I am an experienced civil litigation attorney. I am admitted to practice before the bars of the courts of California, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas (inactive) as well as various federal district and appellate courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. Although I have, and will, handle matters in many practice areas, the majority of my practical experience is in the following areas: consumer, employment, securities, tort (mass and toxic), qui tam, class actions, public interest matters, and appeals in both state and federal courts in numerous jurisdictions.
