When Amy finds herself with free time she enjoys it with her family and friends. Before devoting his work full time to Good Mountain Real Estate, Jim was in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has served as MEP Coordinator, BIM Division Manager and Project Engineer for projects like Denver Union Station, Ball Aerospace Expansion, Invesco Field, Denver Health, National Jewish, Sprint Center, CSU Stadium and Children's Hospital to name a few. Trained in 3D mechanical design and coordination Jim's experiences involved project management, estimating, budgeting, team development and management, company standards creation and implementation, engineering and project coordination and customer orientation. Jim expanded his abilities to include a mechanical contracting and general contracting licenses, to enhance services for Good Mountain Real Estate and their rental clients, real estate clients, and real estate professionals in the community. With his newly acquired mechanical contracting and general contracting licenses, Jim aims to provide seamless service from property purchase to rental management and ongoing upkeep. This comprehensive approach ensures that clients and their portfolios are well-maintained and optimized for success. Loren extensive background in this dynamic field has provided her with a deep understanding of how to drive efficiency and deliver outstanding results in high-pressure environments. Currently, she is channeling this expertise into her role as an officer and property manager. In this position, She manages day-to-day operations, oversee property maintenance, and ensure tenant satisfaction, all while maintaining a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
