Brooke Johnsen

Brooke has more than 20 years of experience in client service and complex leadership, including overseeing service, risk and compliance for over 150 Financial Advisors. During the course of her career, she has served as a Client Associate, Client Service Manager and most recently as an Administrative Manager. In 2017, Brooke joined RBC Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor and is also now serving as the Branch Director of the Eugene office. Dedicated to providing her client's with peak standards of competency and ethics, Brooke has also earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. CFP® professionals have met extensive education and experience requirements, and have committed to the high ethical and professional codes and standards set by the CFP Board. In addition, Brooke has passed the Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 66 and insurance exams. Graduating from the University of Oregon in 2000, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Brooke was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. After living in both Portland, Oregon and Scottsdale, Arizona, she has returned home to Eugene. In her spare time, Brooke enjoys experiencing the world through travel as well as reading, running, hiking, biking and spending time with her family and friends. As an animal lover, she has also been a longtime volunteer of animal rescue organizations.

Garrett Nehl

Garrett joined RBC in April 2017 after more than 16 years in business management. His extensive background in sales and operational management provides a foundation of understanding risk assessment, business structures, acquisitions, and financial analysis. While he is originally from Eugene, Garrett spent a good portion of his career traveling to service clients in the United States, Canada, China and Europe. This offered the unique experience of helping people from various cultural, social and socioeconomic backgrounds. Throughout Garrett's career he has focused on building relationships. His personal vision as a wealth advisor is to be recognized as authentic, honest and creative in helping clients plan for their financial objectives. This philosophy includes pairing personal analysis with the latest planning tools RBC Wealth Management has to offer. Garrett graduated from Boston College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. He returned to the West Coast following graduation to be closer to family and begin his career. While living in Portland, Garrett met his wife, Jill, and they moved back to Eugene in 2014. Their family has since grown as they welcomed Grace in 2016 and Caleb in 2018. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and fitness. In addition to his personal hobbies, Garrett also believes it is important to be active in the community. He served as co-chair for the 2016 Marist High School Auction and has been involved with coaching youth basketball since 2000. Much like a diversified investment portfolio, Garrett believes that a well-balanced life between work, family and values is the key to success and stability.

Kim Arch

Kimberly received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Northwest Christian University. Shortly after graduating, she started her career at Morgan Stanley. While working there, Kimberly passed her Series 7 exam and found that she had a real passion for learning about investments and providing exceptional customer service. She truly enjoys getting to speak with and to help clients on a daily basis. After leaving Morgan Stanley, Kimberly worked for a local credit union for several years before joining RBC Wealth Management in April 2006. Kimberly and her husband live in Springfield, Oregon, and have three children and two grandchildren. In her personal time, she enjoys cooking, reading a good book, watching a good romantic movie and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Dwyer

Ryan began his career in financial services in 2002. Before joining RBC Wealth Management, he worked as a portfolio manager for U.S Bank's Private Client Group and as an advisor consultant at Nuveen Asset Management for 15 years. Ryan has a strong interest in investments and economics, and enjoys the relationship side and working with people to help them reach their financial goals. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Oregon, has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams, and holds life and health insurance licenses. Ryan founded and currently runs the Michael J. Dwyer Foundation, whose primary goal is helping families in the community that have experienced unforeseen circumstances. The foundation has also branched out to help families in need. Ryan and his wife, Jessica, welcomed twins, Olivia and Conor in 2017 and son, Liam in 2018. Away from the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with family and close friends, and golfing. He is an avid sports and University of Oregon fan.
