The Hungate Singers is a unique and versatile group of about 16 singers based in Lincoln. We like to perform interesting a varied concerts including a wide range of genres, hence the strapline - Byrd to the Beatles!... We are a friendly group of about 16 singers, now conducted by Andrew North. We are unique in the region in that we perform music from many eras and genres to a high standard, often mixing them in the same concert. We rehearse roughly fortnightly on Sunday evenings. We have an enormous repertoire, so singers need to have good sight reading ability.
