In 1994 Håkon Wium Lie invented CSS and the National Science Foundation's Mosaic Web Browser, credited with the birth of the internet, was just starting to take hold. That same year, SoftCafe released MenusDeluxe - the first automated restaurant menu design software program. A year later, renamed MenuPro® our software included the first ever drag-and-drop menu design system. In 1999 we added WebGuider® technology to sync printed menus to user websites.
