ILLINI CYCLING

Illini Cycling is a bike riding club at the University of Illinois. Illini Cycling was originally founded in 1989 by Ray VonFouche and Nels Hackl under the name of "Illinois Bike Racing Club." Since 1989, the club has undergone dramatic growth. We now boast a massive roster of team members, including casual and competitive riders across mountain, road, and track cycling. The club is built on a foundation of mentorship and motivating each other to become better cyclists... Illini Cycling Club's Mission is to promote cycling accessibility for everyone, from complete beginners to top-tier athletes... Assume that every ride is subject to change with short notice, such as in cases of inclement weather, schedule conflicts, etc. We recommend checking the Facebook messenger group chat before going.
