Orest Eugene Wasyliw

Orest Eugene Wasyliw, Ph.D. obtained his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is a consultant to the Isaac Ray Forensic Group, and holds a faculty appointment as Assistant Professor within the Departments of Psychiatry and Psychology at Rush Medical College where he lectures to medical residents, clinical psychology interns and fellows on such topics as forensic psychology, personality assessment, malingering and sex offenders. Dr. Wasyliw has extensive forensic experience in both criminal and civil matters.

Tracy L. Rogers

Tracy L. Rogers, Ph.D. obtained her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She completed an internship in forensic psychology at the Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, NC, and fellowship training at the Boston University School of Medicine. Prior to joining Michigan Avenue Neuropsychologists as a consultant, Dr. Rogers conducted risk assessments of mentally ill offenders at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center, in Boston, MA, where she had academic appointments at Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Rogers is currently the Director of the Sexual Behaviors Clinic at the Isaac Ray Forensic Group in Chicago, and in 2009 took part in the National Institute of Health's Toolbox Project, a multi-site effort to develop standardized assessment tools for children and adults involved in clinical trials. Dr. Rogers is licensed in both Illinois and Indiana.
