Amy Voss Dolce

Amy is a freelance social media content writer who combines a background of teaching English and a decade of experience helping fellow businesspeople promote their companies through content and social media. Amy's passion for business and writing extends to blogs, e-books, product brochures, newsletters, articles, website content and more. She has worked with software companies, marketing agencies, boutique floral designers and not-for-profits. B2B topics, workflow, technology, and software are favorite niche topics. Involved in writing most of her life, Amy is a serial entrepreneur with an understanding of small business needs. Amy holds a BA and an MA in English from the State University of NY. Following a career in advertising sales, Amy taught English and writing to teens and adults, before launching her own floral design business. Having worked with small businesses for almost a decade - and promoting her own business - gives Amy a unique understanding of the power of words and imagery to tell important stories.

Brayden Foreht

Brayden helps ensure JGC's day-to-day runs smoothly, and assists with content research and development. A recent graduate of the University of Toronto, Brayden's specialization in Political Science and minor in Philosophy is reflected in his aptitude for being analytic and detail-oriented - and shines through his research and content development. Brayden ensures everything runs smoothly for our clients, partners and the JGC team - so that expectations are set, understood, and met. He makes sure that JGC provides data and information that is vetted and factual, and that our internal workflow is optimized at all times. Brayden's blog series, The Gen LenZ™: Exploring the Generational Mindset, de-mystifies the concept of generation, explores the notion of where generations come from, how they are used as segmentation tools, why they are flawed categorizations - and how it all affects working life and marketing efforts in today's world. Brayden has a passion for music, is a self-taught guitar player and can often be found in his spare time analyzing current events, and indulging in his love of cars and motorsports.

Carol Mitchell-Lin

Carol Mitchell-Lin is a Content Creator who can take a large amount of content and streamline it into highly engaging e-books, articles and infographics. She has 25 years of Digital Marketing experience, specializing in the areas of e-commerce, SEO/ASO audits and content creation. For the last five years, Carol has created social, event and website content in the Advanced Manufacturing industry. Prior to that, Carol operated a 2,000 SKU e-commerce site for 10 years. Carol is a Community Builder at JGC, helping clients stretch their marketing dollars on Linkedin and other social platforms. She strives to get results with a test, measure and adjust approach. She is proficient in Google Analytics/GSC, Survey Monkey, Sprout Social, Canva, Mailchimp, SparkToro, SEO/ASO tools including Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, App Annie, Web Accessibility audit tools and is Formstack Certified Level III. Carol graduated from McMaster University with a BA in Sociology and Digital Marketing Fundamentals from the University of Toronto department of Continuing Studies. In her spare time, she is an art lover, especially Canadian paintings. Carol manages her late Uncle's painting archive and is always on the lookout for channels to share his works with the world.

Dan Foreht

Dan Foreht is a problem solver. With a background in logistics, project management, business and sales leadership, Dan has been solving business problems for more than 30 years - with service industry insights spanning oil and gas, waste management, automotive and transportation. Dan calls is likes he sees it - and he sees it all. He is a self-professed audiophile, passionate about the automotive industry (he loves cars) and crafting the perfect burger. In his spare time, Dan can be found in his garage talking about cars, current events, music and television.

Steven Cantor is an accomplished and experienced visual designer and creative director with a unique balance of artistic, technical and business expertise. Expert in concept and strategy development for traditional marketing campaigns, web / interactive communications and user interface / user experience. Proven ability to motivate and inspire creative teams to deliver superb creative work under tight deadlines. A graduate of Collége Dawson (Montreal) and Carleton University (Ottawa), his vast project experiences ranging from designing annual reports, brochures, advertisements, product packaging, catalogs, logos, billboards and web sites, to more complex projects such as software application user interfaces, interactive product demos and web based applications. In recent years Steven has taken up user interface design projects for mobile devices from Apple, Google Android and Blackberry. Steven Cantor has been the principal visual designer and department lead on multi-million dollar software interfaces such as WinFax PRO, pcAnywhere, Symantec Norton Utilities plus many more. He has created web and marketing communications projects for Microsoft Canada, Research in Motion, Q9 Networks, Moneris, Avanti Systems, Platform Computing, Virgin Mobile, Descartes, Prostate Cancer Canada and Habitat for Humanity. He has worked with many small and medium sized businesses and has been instrumental in many start-up and venture backed initiatives.

Sydney Finn

Sydney Finn is a Digital Marketer who is motivated by high performing campaigns, great results, and continual growth. Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree & minor in Marketing from Ryerson's Information Technology Management program. She began her career as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Rogers Digital Media, where she worked on SEM & SEO for top brands such as Today's Parent, Maclean's, Canadian Business, Chatelaine, Flare, CityTV, Sportsnet, and more. Here she learned the key skills required to improve online presence, grow traffic, and multiply conversions. She then went on to work at ClearFit (B2B online hiring software) where she was responsible for driving registrations & purchases through many online channels. Sydney has managed the Digital Marketing efforts for many organizations across all industry types. Aside from paid campaigns like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., SEO, and website/funnel optimization, Sydney provides support in other business areas such as data mining, reporting, lead management and conversion. She is also proficient with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot and Shopify (to name a few).
