What started as a hobby for my own girls has now become a business in dressing other girls in custom made personal apparel. Due to the nature that all items are customized, there are no refunds or exchanges once the item is purchased (unless the item arrives damaged). All claims for damaged product must be made within 10 days of delivery of the item.
