Abhishek is an engineering undergrad and post graduate in business with more then 12+ years of experience having worked across industries like oil and gas, infrastructure, and technology across fortune companies.
He has worked across roles of product marketing, regional head, sales, strategy consulting with deep expertise and passion on business modelling, evangelism, and goto market and has been assisting Kaara with Sales and Marketing strategies and new product innovation.
He is an adrenaline junkie, global traveller, and voracious reader. Loves spending time with his kids during his time other then business.

Anirudh is a strategic thinker, business evangelist, drives innovative products and services, leader, market maker across verticals like IT / ITES, Utilities, BFSI and Government.
He is responsible for advisory, strategic Initiatives and operations for the company which has become a preferred partner of 2 of the Fortune 20 companies and numerous other enterprises.
A proven leader and a result oriented professional with more than 12 years of experience, he has traversed various roles and has been successful in all of those. Versed in aspects of marketing, finance, planning and operations, he has built successful growth opportunities in various roles ranging from sales, presales, operations, partner management & creating new businesses opportunities.
Anurag brings a rich experience of Financial discipline and management to Kaara, where he manages company's finances, including capital and operating budgets, financial affairs and reporting, procurement and debt/treasury management. A Post Graduate in Finance, he has spent close to 13 years in various roles in Finance and IT Industry, where he has been re-designing, restructuring and implementing Financial processes for the Fortune 50 companies around the globe, for more than a decade.
Outside of work, Anurag stays busy playing cricket, DIY projects or going for long drives around the city.

Ashwini is the founder of Kaara and is working towards establishing Kaara as a well-known name in deep tech sector. He is passionate about building cohesive units with extraordinary business values, ethics and people orientation. Believes in the power of people and ensures that the same is engrained in the core value system of Kaara.
Started his first venture in 2007, failed and again started Ascendia in 2011 and Kaara in 2012. Since then have also, co-founded few start-ups in the areas of Analytics, Logistics, Social and Education.
Ashwini is a cinema lover across genres, a deep political thinker and an enthusiastic biker. He ensures to find time for books and his friends and family for whom he loves to make amazing cocktails.

He is responsible for advisory and operations for the Kaara. Delivery management, People Management and Team Management are his forte.
Smriti drives the technology domain of kaara. he has more than 8 years of experience in the fields of software development for industry verticals like Retail, Supply Chain, Health Care, Social Networking, Rural Empowerment & digitization. He is a firm believer in learning & adopting new technologies into projects. He is responsible for architecting, planning, and delivery of software.
Apart of software, He also actively participate in developing IOT device and has done lots of small scale IOT device at organizational level.
Smriti is very much passionate about football and cricket and generally can be found on turf in weekends.
