KNOFF YOGA JAPAN

Toko is a Yoga Alliance Registered yoga teacher and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). She is a currently an 8th Level Knoff Yoga System Certified Teacher, and also certified to teach Yoga Therapy, Chair Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga... Nicky has been inviting Toko to be her assistant teacher multiple times during the Knoff Yoga Teachers Training Courses in their school in Cairns, plus at the Ashtanga Centre in Melbourne... Fluent in both English and Japanese, she is now bringing Knoff Yoga to Japan for the first time.
