Adam C. Weiss has dedicated his career to representing injured plaintiffs and working diligently to bring his clients the justice they deserve. Adam strives to uncover the answers to what really happened and recover maximal monetary compensation for his clients. He takes great pride in keeping his clients informed and educated throughout the entire litigation process.
Adam litigates all types of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He draws on a unique background of experience, which includes litigating hundreds of birth injury cases resulting from OB/GYN and neonatal malpractice and representing thousands of clients with injuries from pharmaceutical and medical devices.
In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Adam was selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers Rising Stars List, which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state.
In 2019, Adam was recognized at the Westfair Communications Millennial Awards for his passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and impact on Westchester and Fairfield counties.
In his young career Adam has already worked to obtain numerous notable settlements for his clients, including a $5,500,000 recovery for a young girl with cerebral palsy who suffered hypoxic-ischemic insult due to her pediatrician's failure to timely diagnose and treat RSV bronchiolitis; a $5,120,000 settlement for a young boy born extremely prematurely who suffered permanent blindness due to the failure of his ophthalmologist in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to timely diagnose and treat retinopathy of prematurity; and a $4,590,000 settlement for a 10-year-old girl who suffered severe neurological injuries due to the obstetrician's delay in performing a cesarean section after her mother's complaints of decreased fetal movements coupled with non-reassuring fetal heart monitor tracings.
In the spring of 2021, Adam was appointed as a new Trustee to the CLUSTER Board of Directors. CLUSTER provides services and programs that assist residents in Yonkers and throughout the counties of Westchester and Rockland to build a better future for themselves and their communities. All CLUSTER programs focus on the empowerment of individuals, families and communities to fulfill their dreams and potential and Adam is thrilled to be joining their important mission.
Adam received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law graduating Magna Cum Laude and received his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College. During law school, Adam worked for the Honorable Deborah Batts in the Southern District of New York and with the United States Department of Justice. Additionally, Adam served as the Productions Editor on the Pace Environmental Law Review and published two law review articles. Adam was also the recipient of the Pro Bono Justice Award for Service (Extraordinary Service) at Pace Law School.
Adam is a member of several bar associations, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Justice Brandeis Law Society. Adam was also recognized by Hudson Valley Magazine as a top lawyer in 2021 (read more here), and was recognized by National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in New York in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
When not in the office, Adam enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring with his wife, two daughters, and their dog Strudel. You may also find him cheering on his Knicks, Yankees, Giants, and Rangers.

Daniel G. Ecker, a founding member of Lever & Ecker and an experienced personal injury lawyer, represents our clients with passion and great skill. Dan's top-notch work has been recognized by the legal community, as he has been selected to the New York Metro Super Lawyers List for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022, representing recognition as among the top five percent of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers in the New York metro area. Dan was also the 2022 Chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Dan is also a member of the Justice Brandeis Law Society (JBLS), and serves on its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Westchester County Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Dan resides with his wife and two children in southern Westchester, New York. He is an avid golfer and roots for the Giants, Mets and Knicks.

Having spent the earlier part of his career at a national defense firm, he brings a unique perspective to the plaintiffs' personal injury field. Dan was the 2022 Chair of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association, advocating on behalf of trial lawyers throughout the State of New York.

David opened the doors to his own law practice at the young age of 30, after having worked for a New York City plaintiff's personal injury firm. While some things have changed over the years, one thing that remains constant is David's unwavering passion for his work and empathy for the clients he serves. David derives personal satisfaction in fighting for justice and providing some measure of dignity back to those whose lives have been forever altered.
David has been the driving force in consistently recovering significant monetary awards for thousands of clients over the years - including, recently, a confidential settlement of $12 million arising from a catastrophic motor vehicle collision. David treats every case as his only case, thus ensuring that each client receives the personal attention that they deserve.
David received his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1989 and his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in 1986. David is admitted to practice before the courts of the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

He serves on the Board of Trustees for Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities, Inc. (ACLD). ACLD is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of support in Nassau and Suffolk counties to children and adults with autism, intellectual and other developmental disabilities, and their families.
In his personal time, David resides with his wife, daughter, and three dogs in Westchester County. David enjoys golf, racquetball, and rooting for his hometown Yankees, Giants, and Rangers.
