REALTOR® Abby Morrow is so excited to be a part of your journey! Abby is known for being extremely dependable and hardworking, and she is always ready to go that extra mile while maintaining a positive attitude.
Most recently, Abby worked as a user experience designer for 4 years for the world's largest e-commerce company, Amazon. Working at Amazon has given Abby excellent insight into how to operate at a high level and exceed a high bar, all while maintaining effective stakeholder management.
Throughout her time at Amazon, she also ran her own personal training business; in this role she worked with clients wanting to compete at a collegiate level. Whether Abby is training athletes or serving her real estate clients, she draws upon her experience as a student athlete (women's soccer) at the University of Oregon. During her time as a student athlete, Abby had the opportunity to build valuable skill sets that are applicable to real estate, specifically time management and a strong work ethic.
Abby's real estate career was initially inspired by her own home-buying experience. She knew she wanted to return the favor to everyone out there looking to buy or sell a home! Whether it's your first home or potentially your last, Abby will do her best to make the home buying and selling experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. She believes that this can and should be a fun and exciting process!
Abby lives in Tacoma, and she loves spending time outdoors, whether she's boating on the Puget Sound or skiing at White Pass. She also loves to workout, do home DIY projects, and spend time with friends and family.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I'm high energy, always smiling, and very outgoing! I communicate very openly and honestly, while listening effectively to ensure all parties are being seen and heard. Being bubbly and positive with a smile on my face is what makes me, me. I am very transparent, trustworthy, and an effective communicator.

A: I am so excited to join WPP because the mission and values align so perfectly with my own. Due to remote working for the past 2 years, I am so excited to be a part of a community again! WPP is a highly respected company and I am greatly excited to be joining in the fun!

Alexi is a local REALTOR® serving the Puget Sound area. Originally from Colorado, her family came to the PNW in January 2023 and fell in love with this corner of the world. She brings 3 years of real estate experience from the Colorado markets and nearly 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. Alexi has always been involved with helping people make the most of the world around them. One of her biggest passions is bringing joy to everyone she meets. She truly enjoys helping others set and meet their goals.
People that know Alexi would describe her as witty, genuine, and warm. She loves to learn and to share knowledge. Sharing ideas and knowledge is a favorite way to foster local community. This ever-evolving field of Real Estate is the perfect place for her skill sets and passions to be utilized fully. Alexi loves to explore the local neighborhoods and has found that each one has its own unique vibe and flair. She feels that there really is a place for everyone here. Being newer to the area gives her a fresh take on the current market and fresh insight into all the necessary pieces for making a big move.
Outside of real estate, she loves to spend time with family. She has a spirited 3-year-old daughter that keeps her on her toes. Whether she is exploring new areas or spending time in her garden, Alexi can almost always be found outside. Unless it's snowing, then she'll be inside, tending to her houseplants.

The weather! Unpopular opinion? Maybe…probably.
Water. Growing up landlocked, she has a deep appreciation for the sound. She could stand on the rocky beaches and listen to the waves crash all day.
The diversity. There is such a unique bouquet of cultures in the area. She loves getting to learn about each one.

As WPP's Marketing Assistant, Cami's primary duties include designing products and coordinating programs for our brokers. Cami loves the wide range of services WPP offers and how personalized our work is for each client.
Cami graduated from Pepperdine University with a BA in creative writing and spent her sophomore year abroad in Florence, Italy! She has held many professional roles and was a writing tutor at her university for 2 years. She is a part of the Pepperdine Alumni Organization and a former member of the sorority Gamma Phi Beta.
Cami lives in Milton, and she loves how close she is to her family and friends. Reading and writing are her ultimate passions, and her dream is to publish a book someday. She is also an avid artist and spends most of her spare time drawing.

Christel Morrell's role at Windermere Professional Partners includes front desk duties, creating and maintaining office filing systems, assisting with creating and updating reports and tracking systems, ensuring completion of accurate transaction records, and other duties as assigned.
Christel has been working in the administrative field for over 13 years in multiple locations, from Alaska to New Zealand to Australia! She has held different positions ranging from receptionist to working in HR, and she loves the atmosphere and energy at WPP. For Christel, WPP is the most supportive, caring company she has ever worked for; she feels that WPP cares about not only your professional development, but about your personal development, and to her that speaks for itself. Christel is happy to be on a team that truly has her best interest at heart.
Currently she lives in Puyallup, and she loves that the area is becoming more and more diverse. She also appreciates living so close to Mount Rainier and everything that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Outside of work, Christel loves spending all of her time with her son. They enjoy hiking, bike riding, working on fun projects at home, and cuddling up to watch movies. Christel also enjoys upgrading her home and changing it up any way she can.

Before joining us at WPP, McKenna Casebolt spent 3 years as a retail coordinator and 3.5 years in the hospitality industry in an assistant manager position. Customer service positions are where she thrives and can best display her strong interpersonal skills through leading by example.
Born and raised in Gig Harbor, McKenna feels so blessed to live here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest surrounded by natural beauty. Her family is everything to her, and she feels her best when she's with her loved ones. Traveling is McKenna's passion, and her bucket list is never ending. She believes that meeting new people and experiencing different cultures is the ultimate way to learn and expand one's mindset, and in her off time she enjoys reading, photography, and spoiling her dog rotten!

As Branch Manager, REALTOR® Michael Handy oversees and manages the brokers at Windermere Professional Partners North Tacoma. Michael began his career in real estate when he became a REALTOR® in 1996, and he went on to become our Branch Manager in 2005. Born and raised in Tacoma, Michael is a true native, and loves living here for its waterfront views, beautiful neighboring mountains and city life. He is an avid snow and water skier, enjoys backpacking in the Olympic and Cascade Mountains and dedicates time to bodybuilding to stay fit!

Michaela believes staying in touch with the people closest to you is very important in real estate. This lets people know that you're thinking about them, and makes them feel important, which they are! Michaela specializes in residential real estate in Pierce County and surrounding areas, primarily Puyallup, Buckley, and Bonney Lake.
Before working in real estate, Michaela held a variety of jobs from retail to working as a line cook, and these roles prepped her for working with people from all walks of life. Then she was a file manager with WPP for multiple years. Seeing how top agents perform and provide for their clients gave her a realistic glimpse into the industry, and she now knows the kind of REALTOR® she wants to be. This also allowed her to become very comfortable with forms and standards of practice!
In her spare time Michaela enjoys drawing and painting. She also travels with her partner and friends; whether it's just a day trip to the ocean or a getaway to a brand new place, nothing beats good times with great friends. Michaela is a foster parent through the Tacoma Humane Society. She regularly fosters kittens and helps connect them with families to provide them with a safe and loving forever home!

Tasha lives in Tacoma, and she's involved with the RISE Center in Tacoma's Hilltop neighborhood. She's also on a pool league with the American Pool Players Association-she loves playing pool and it's a great way for her to participate in a competitive hobby.
