Buddy Hall is the Director of Refined Products Marketing for Midcon Gathering, LLC. He is responsible overseeing the marketing strategies, efforts, and overall growth of the Fuels Refined Products Division. Buddy has a diverse background which includes Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development adding up to over 30 years of experience in both the refining and fuels marketing sectors. Buddy studied at South Arkansas University and Louisiana Tech and he is a proud former municipal firefighter and US Navy Veteran.

During his 17 years in the oil and gas industry, Chet has gained extensive knowledge of Permian infrastructures and markets. From this experience Chet has helped the companies he has worked with by maximizing profitability through increased operational efficacy, blending, and customer service.

David Sederis serves as MidCon's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to this role, he served as CFO to a publicly traded E&P company and has over 25 years of business experience, 18 of which were spent in the Oil & Gas sector. David has held a variety of roles over the years at midstream companies, boutique investment banks, and a major international E&P company. His duties and responsibilities have included financial analysis, economics and planning, energy brokerage, and risk management among many others. Mr. Sederis holds a CPA (CMA) and earned a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario, a degree in Management from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Garrett Knight joined MidCon Gathering in 2021 as a Sr. Marketing Analyst and leveraged that experience into a role as a Crude Oil Marketer in 2022. Garrett directly supports the Permian marketing team and is primarily focused on purchasing multiple grades of crude oil in the field, truck and pipeline logistics, and bulk sales at major crude oil hubs. His secondary objectives include identifying opportunities for, and execution of, MidCon's Permian Basin footprint expansion. Prior to joining MidCon Gathering, Garrett worked at NGL Energy Partners for 6 years, progressively improving the accuracy and efficiency of their crude oil lease analyst team to better serve the marketing team's objectives. He has also worked as a landman, assessing mineral ownership percentages and engaging in mineral leasing activities. Garrett graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2011 with BBAs in Economics and Finance. He is a native of Katy, TX, where he still resides today and is proud to be the third generation of Oil and Gas professionals on both sides of his family.

John Otto serves as Operations Manager for Midcon Gathering, LLC. John has a strong background in oilfield construction and design, crude oil blending, transportation, and custody transfer. With his last 12 years of operations management in the energy sector, he is dedicated to building quality teams and delivering stellar services to our customers. John has designed and project managed multiple successful blending operations in the Bakken Formation. He has held a variety of leadership roles, including rail transloading terminals, crude oil logistics, and midstream. His duties include project management, operational efficiency, procurement, and terminal design.
Joe is an experienced executive with more than 30 years of expertise in the upstream E&P, energy transition, and midstream energy sectors. Joe has held CEO and CFO positions at two upstream energy companies, where he focused on strategic development, operational and financial strategy, and A&D transactions and has also held BOD positions with a public upstream company and private midstream company. His leadership has been pivotal in restructuring costs and balance sheets, acquiring accretive assets, and increasing EBITDAX, most notably by more than 4x here at MidCon. Additionally, he has also significantly grown the enterprise value of an SEC registrant from $50 million to greater than $550 million and has had the opportunity to ring the bell at the NYSE and NASDAQ.
Joe also possesses deep basin experience in the Permian, DJ, Marcellus, Utica, Eagleford, Bakken, and other basins, having extensive knowledge of the industry's landscape. He has led multiple upstream and midstream businesses through initial public offerings (IPOs), proving his capabilities in financial and strategic planning, financial restructuring, operational optimization, oil and gas operations, business expansion and startups, and risk management. Joe's track record of success in the energy sector showcases his ability to drive organizational growth and value creation.

Patrick Clements is a Crude Marketer for MidCon Gathering, LLC. Patrick is responsible for the purchase, pricing, movement, and sale of crude oil in the Rockies. With over 20 years experience in the oil industry, Patrick has held a variety of positions for companies like Amoco, BP, Shell Trading, and Enserco Energy. Patrick has a BA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of New Mexico.

Paul Almeida is SVP of Crude Marketing for MidCon Gathering, LLC. Paul is responsible for the purchase, pricing, movement, and sale of crude oil in Texas and New Mexico, as well as hedging for MidCon. With 43 years in the oil industry, Paul has 13 years of Land Management experience with Phillips and Ashland Oil and 8 years in Energy Credit with Scurlock Permian and Shell Trading. Paul spent 10 years trading and marketing energy derivatives with Shell Trading, Bank of Oklahoma and Cargill. A graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder, Paul holds a BA in Finance and minor in Geology and Minerals Land Management.

Russell has 35 years of experience in the overseeing of all phases of oil movement in the field, specializing in blending, treatment, and shipping with responsibilities extending to lease purchases and refinery supply in the ArkLATX Region.

Teresa Gibbons joined MidCon Gathering in June 2021 as Director of Marketing - Rockies. With almost 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, her previous positions include VP of Marketing for Silver Creek Midstream, General Manager of Marketing - Rockies for Genesis Energy, and Refinery Supply Manager of Crude Oil - domestic and international crude oil for Suncor Energy's 103,000 bpd refinery in Commerce City, Colorado. She has extensive knowledge of Rockies crude oils, (DJ Basin Colorado, Powder River Wyoming and Bakken ND). She comes with an accounting degree and commercial/retail accountant background.
Veronica Herrera is a meticulous and task-driven Billing Manager at Refined Products, a division of MidCon Gathering, LLC. Her 15+ years of experience in managing client-centric operations and her ability to facilitate many aspects of internal and external communications support day-to-day administrative functions. Veronica has a proven talent for aligning business objectives to assist MidCon Fuels achieve operational goals that help boost efficiency. Prior to this role, Veronica was a founding member of Texas Fueling Services, Inc., where she was responsible for the operations in Houston as well as other locations throughout Texas.
